Great advice and service from Safa at Loudwater. We knew we wanted Tempur for our new mattress and it was excellent service from Dreams throughout. Their communication is excellent. We ordered on the Saturday and it was installed the following Friday. They also took our old mattress to recycle having provided a large bag to do so. Well done and thank you dreams - the whole process was simple and efficient.

After buying items for myself which was straight forward , I bought a Tempur matress/plillows/accesories/ deal for my mum who resides in Cornwall ,there was a little confusion as the Pillows turned up at my own address but I quickly forwarded those myself , the delivery was spot on time as suggested , so my all round the experience was pleasant and polite without fuss once a liitle delivery address crease was ironed out , more my fault but no bother .

Purchased a mattress and frame with the assistance of Cam. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with breathing us on arrival and covering all essentials, pillows, sleep match and insurance coverage. We are highly satisfied with our visit today.

Today I expected a delivery of a king size mattress and king size base. On delivery, the base was the incorrect size and was in fact a double base.
After delivery I made a call to the store to be told I had to ring customer services as it was in transit and there was nothing they could do their end.
I rang customer services. After waiting 32 minutes, someone eventually answered my call. She could see it was incorrect and said she would amend the order. I was then put on hold for another 15 minutes, when the phone call got cut off.
I then rang back High Wycombe store to be told they could not ring customer services for me, as they have loads of work to do. They could see the amendment had been made online but could not confirm a delivery date and I would have to wait for a call back. Again they could not confirm if customer services would call back or someone from the store.
I also asked for a complaints email address and was told they do not have one.
I was told to go on their website and scroll down to the help centre.
When doing this, it gives me no option to complain. You have to select reasons and there is no option for wrong item delivered, so I would have to ring customer services again.
I then went on to the live chat, where someone told me the amendment hadn’t been made in store. Very mixed messages & also very unprofessional from a big known company!
The person on the live chat then said did I not check the order confirmation. Insinuating it was my fault.
I said I was asked to confirm all personal details. When looking at the order it says “Dream Team D Base 2 drw” no definition of size. I assumed the letter D stood for Divan Base. Not Double!
All in all, terrible service from Dreams today. I am now waiting on a new delivery date, with no bed.

The advice and service we received from Holly was the very epitome of what a good sales person looks like. Informative, courteous, non pushy. I would recommend the High Wycombe store and Holly unreservedly. Great job!

They were very helpful and were patient with us as we took our time,even changing the matress to a different base.The delivery drivers were great putting our Bed together and taking away all the packing

I was greeted almost immediately. I was told about all the different mattresses and explained what the difference was between them all. However at no point was I asked what my budget was. I was shown the most expensive mattresses first then I was shown the ones that were in my price range. I did however not feel pressured in to buying one or rushed at any point.
