Welcoming
I was greeted almost immediately. I was told about all the different mattresses and explained what the difference was between them all. However at no point was I asked what my budget was. I was shown the most expensive mattresses first then I was shown the ones that were in my price range. I did however not feel pressured in to buying one or rushed at any point.

The personal service i received from…
The personal service i received from the moment i entered the store to the time i left. I was helped by a very pleasant young lady called Hollie. She helped me to choose a mattress that suited my special needs. She took the time to explain everything to me, delivery or collection, returns policy etc. even made me a lovely cup of coffee .. it was a very pleasant experience.

The staff were friendly
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The electronic pressure mattress was a great time saver, enabling us to look at the most suitable mattresses for us.

Amazingly helpful advice to find the right mattress
Dreams High Wycombe made the process of choosing a mattress incredibly easy and reassuring - it is the thing you're going to sleep on for years so the wrong choice can lead to disturbed nights and back pain. The store staff (aided by some clever tech) helped us find the right mattress and understand why it is right for us. Would definitely go there again (hopefully not for many years!) and cannot recommend more highly

Outstanding service.
Extremely helpful, well-informed and patient staff, the Sleep Machine is very useful in helping determine what mattress you might need, there is a very wide range to suit most budgets, the whole thing was an excellent customer experience, and I was pleased to buy from Dreams. Would thoroughly recommend.

Good all round service at loudwater
Good in store service at loudwater. We were able to move the order forward by 2 weeks for personal reasons. The bed & mattress are lovely & comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
