The two gentlemen in the show room were very helpful, knowledgeable and did not rush into anything. We were able to take our time and try any mattress we wished to and answered any questions we had. Very relaxed atmosphere.

HIDDEN COSTS
When I purchased the bed and mattress in store, I was not informed by the sales assistant that it would cost extra to get the bed assembled. Hence, I have a double bed in pieces along with the huge amount of wrapping. When I phoned the shop, the assistant manager offered zero help.
After reading my review, customer services got in touch with me to apologise for their error and recompensed me which has successfully resolved the situation.

My experience was wonderful.The people who came to fix the bed were well versed and very skilled with good customer relationship.I love my bed and how it was centered in the bedroom.Been having back ache for the longest of time not until I started making use of dreams.My night has been very pleasant ever since.I highly recommend!!
