We slept well from the moment we got into our new bed and have had sweet dreams over since.

Good so far
Good so far! This is my 4th mattress in a year! Not from Dreams but I've had faulty, springy, and rock hard - now my Dreams mattress is good. It's a little harder than I expected but I assume it will soften over time. I'm happy hence the 5 stars. Its a shame I wasn't left the room spray 'for a restful night sleep' I had been given in the past. That was a nice touch and i missed it this time!

I called into loudwater branch this…
I called into loudwater branch this morning to buy a bed. There was six assistance on the floor. I’m disabled so I got the lift to the next floor. Found the bed I wanted. I had to call over the balcony for somebody to come up to serve me and he eventually arrived with two hands in his pockets. I really was a grumpy old lady and I told him off as I did the other assistance when I came downstairs, I eventually drove to another place about the same bed with amazing service.
Two of the floor assistants encouraged me to complain. They couldn’t have cared less
