Good customer sevice the salesman was helpul

Friendly, knowledgable staff. They went over and above without pushing the sales talk.

Parking outside the store was easy. Relatively few customers in the store on a Monday afternoon so it was easy to browse around before we were approached by a salesperson. We tried the personalisation mattress technology which threw up a range of brands & mattress types. The assistant - Jules - showed us a couple of the higher end (more expensive) options which we declined and sad we were looking at a range of £900-£1300 as opposed to >£1800 for a KS mattress. At that point Jules appeared to ignore the list of software generated options but focussed on his own product knowledge to suggest mattress options which we tried. We landed on a suitable option within the price range (choosing the mattress had taken maybe 25-30 minutes) and then proceeded to order, selection of additional services - felt like a Ryanair booking process - and secured a prompt delivery date and made payment. All in all satisfactory experience. Many Thanks.

We were greeted at the door of the showroom by Cam, who took care of the entire bed and pillow selection process. Cam used the Sleepmatch technology system to help select the best type of bed for us and then showed us 3 different bed designs and different types of firmness.
Cam offered us a coffee and hot chocolate to drink and then showed us the pillow selection.
All in all the entire experience was extremely professional and Cam was hugely knowledgeable about the products and the post order delivery process.
The delivery team were also excellent!
Highly satisfied with the product and the whole experience.

Staff at the retail outlet at Loudwater were immensely helpful, Kamran especially as he was helpful and informative but not pushy at all. He allowed my mum (91 yrs old) to peruse at her leisure but he was on hand to answer questions. The manager who sorted out the eventual order and payment a week or so later was also really pleasant and helpful.
Value for money was great. The delivery guys were extremely pleasant and helpful especially giving me tips on the putting together of the bed and drawers which I did myself. It feels sturdy, the drawers were good quality material if having an awful lot of screws to put in on assembly but my mum is extremely happy with the bed and the very comfortable mattress. In all it was a Dream experience, as we've had before so would highly recommend.

Everything went very smoothly The crew delivering the bed were very friendly and excellent and moved it thru the house and upstairs to replace the old bed. So excellent rating

Good range of products on display, nicely laid out, sizeable showroom to allow plenty of space for displays and customers. Very friendly, appreciative staff and great black friday deals allowing us to purchase the mattress we wanted at a great price and with two free pillows!

A new Temper mattress is a big investment. I wasn't greeted entering the store and after approaching the sales assistant I was shown where the mattresses were. After a brief explanation, she returned to her desk .No coffee offered, no pillows offered whilst I was trying out the mattresses. I had to go her desk every time I had a question. She was nice girl, but I expected more. When I ordered later, I asked if I could have a complimentary mattress protector. This was declined as it was "Black Friday", but even so, disappointing given they cost very little and I was spending > £2.5k. So overall an average experience.
Following a very pleasant call from customer services today, and an offer of a complimentary mattress protector, I am happy to update this review and rating (from 3 to 4). They put it right very quickly and proactively, so thank you.
