Using Dreams for the purchase of my new bed was a smart move.

Carol was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, she instantly got to work asking what our preferences where, and what we would like, we felt instantly comfortable and not rushed, she was there to help us not to just get a sale. Very helpful and we found our perfect mattress, brilliant price and delivery.

Ellessia and her colleagues made our whole bed buying experience a lot better than we had expected it to be. We were in the store a lot longer than we had planned, but we were never made to feel rushed. The team helped us find the perfect solution to the bed type and mattress we were looking for and Ellessia spent time making sure we were happy with our choices. The whole team were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

We were greeted by a member of the team and offered refreshments. Dom took us through the sleepmatch programme, he talked us through it and upon receiving results he asked for our mattress preferences and showed us to each mattress that matched our results and preferences. He was very personable and we were impressed with the knowledge he had about each item in the store. We were given time to have a lie on each mattress with the pillows and then he talked us through the different bed types and mix and match that could be done. Again we were left to wander the store to decide on a bed that suited our needs. We spoke through it and went to order the bed and mattress. All of the team in store that day were lovely and friendly, we felt very welcome and supported throughout our time in the store.

Service was brilliant sales assistant did not pressure us in any way but helped us a lot large amount of mattresses to suit all budgets my wife loves her new mattress

We visited our local Ipswich Dreams in hope to find a new mattress. We were looked after by Dom who was most helpful. He took time to narrow down what we should try, we found a perfect match that suited both myself and partner. The mattress was £2000 and was not something I was just going to decide to buy. Dom didn’t put any pressure on us , and I wanted to leave it until the next day to decide. We returned the next day and was again warmly greeted by the staff. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

The people in the shop were really helpful and also understanding of mine and my sons needs. I was offered a drink , nothing was too much trouble. I have imflammatory arthritis aswell as lots of other health conditions . My son is disabled. They were so nice and kind. The delivery company were excellent too. Letting me know when they were coming and coming when they said they would

Store had all products on display with plenty of staff to assist. Plus a
machine to help you select best mattress for your individual needs. Plus Ellessia who served us was so friendly and helpful.

A massive thank to Dominic at the Ipswich store for his exceptional customer service (he's a legend) and the same to the delivery team, also customer service was exceptional as our bed price dropped by £200 before it got delivered so they refunded me the difference which was very easy to sort. Thanks again Dominic.

Arrived on time, very pleased with our new bed, very comfortable and a good nights sleep achieved.

The very good lady assistant who I bought the bed off at Ransomes Euro Park Ipswich to Moses and Richard (I think) who delivered and out my bed together - everyone and everything was perfect. Love my bed too.

Very helpful staff, listened to what we said and weren’t pushy. Offered refreshments and let us take our time.

Staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed at all and would highly recommend. The bed was delivered, assembled and the old one taken away with all the packaging. The delivery team were great as well. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience on my first bed frame and mattresses shopping,thanks to Ms Ellessia. She showed me wide variety of items and what is the best one. Realy accommodating. This is my first bed and im really excited. They also offer you a sleep sensor that tells you what mattress you’re suitable with ,really fun experience! They are giving free pillow as well and a complimentary drink and for me that is so sweet🥺😘

Dom and the team were fantastic with their customer service and helping me to decide on the perfect bed. Friendly, well informed and a completely pressure-free experience. I can't recommend highly enough!
