salesman and delivery men were helpful, honest, couteous

For a guest bedroom bed and will be sparingly used, it seems like a good purchase.
But the side tables - the drawers dont function smoothly, they are quite stiff to open and close.
I have applied some Wd-40 and hopefully after some use may be alright.

There was a lot of choice for delivery and delivery men were very good, polite and knew what they was doing.

The technology used and the staff have excellent customer care and training. Every mattress designed for me was full fully explained with no pressure on which to buy.

The premises were clean, tidy, well lit and welcoming.
The staff that we dealt with were happy to show us everything that we wanted to see without being pushy. We were able to make an informed choice at leisure, which we did!
The bed was delivered on time by courteous and helpful drivers.

Excellent customer service fast delivery could highly recommend, I went to the Kettering store to buy a mattress for my daughter and son in law the staff went above and beyond will definitely return for future purchases

We were quickly greeted by Emma, who I later learned was new at the store. I would not have known. She patiently listened to the purpose of our visit and proceeded to walk my 9-year old son around the store to show him various beds and let him test the mattresses. Although our purpose was to see what was available and the price range we would be needing to spend, we have earmarked a bed and mattress to come back and order when we are nearer the delivery timeframe. Thank you Emma.

From purchase to delivery, everyone was really helpful. No pressure from the sales team but lots of honest advice and suggestions.
Delivery was quicker than I expected. Both the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. In and out quickly and no mess.

The new mattress is great and I feel I've chosen wisely for my needs and budget.

The lady that sold us our matress was really nice and it was delivered on time and was well commincated.

Maria the store assistant was very knowledgeable about the product I was thinking about which she assured me was the right item for me.
I purchased the bed frame and it was delivered and professionally built in my room the following week .

I bought a headboard only and am a bit disappointed as when fitted it is very wobbly, had to get some door stops to fit to the wooden struts at the back to hold it a bit firmer against the wall.

We had a great pleasure being served by the workers there, especially Daniel. He was very caring and interested in our preferences. He recommended the best quality things from there, at a low price.
