great customer service. the process was smooth and flawless. it worked like a dream

From the moment we walked in the door the member of staff that met us was super helpful. He talked through the sleep monitor thingy and showed us various options. We left feeling excited about our purchases which turned up in less than a week with a friendly and polite delivery team who delivered the bed into the room and gave us info and advice before leaving.

The staff at Dreams were patient, considerate and very helpful and there is a wide range of products in store. We were trying a mattress out on the 40 night option. We returned to the store for more information as to whether we had chosen the best one for our needs and again the staff were very patient with our concerns and showed us alternatives. This helped us make that final decision and we are now having restful nights.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming. Plenty of mattresses to choose from and try. Prices from low to high.

King's Lynn Dreams is the place to go. Not only was their customer service excellent, but we also received a quick delivery date! Fantastic! Kacey was excellent.

Was able to look around the store, ask all questions no matter how big or small and know the pricing, delivery and outcome within half an hour

Dreams have an extensive number of beds to try. Quality and price of the mattresses are very good. Staff and delivery drivers are very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Dreams as they listen to your needs and won't try to push you into buying something that is beyond your price range.

Very positive experience, staff were very helpful and I was able to purchase the right bed and mattress for myself.

Lucie acknowledged us when we walked in and allowed us to peruse in our own time but was immediately on hand when we sought assistance. She talked us through the whole process of choosing to buying a new mattress for our bed demonstrating excellent customer service and expertise. We were so impressed that we returned the following day to see her to arrange a further purchase on behalf of our son.

Excellent customer service in the shop (king's Lynn) wonderful young assistant let us browse at our leisure but there if need 100%. Quick delivery on time message to let me know. Excellent delivery service by 2 gentleman.

We went into store not knowing what we was looking for but the amazing staff helped us pick our perfect bed!

mattress came, so lumpy, we had 5 nights of terrible sleep, before they could get a replacement sent out, and for £1800 you just don’t expect that, I put a complaint in and all I got was well you have a new mattress now, yes I have but honestly that never should have happened in the first place, when your in ya 60s, so no I won’t be going Dreams again, UPDATE so after a very nice phone call off Dreams an a apology and a explanation I’m happy to give more stars, so Thankyou Dreams you came up trumps in the end

Excellent service from entering the store to receipt of my superb new mattress. Store staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful without being 'pushy'. The 'sleep test' was extremely helpful in identifying appropriate mattresses after which I was given guidance on appropriate choices. The delivery service was excellent too, with good communication regarding the delivery slot. Delivery was made by friendly and courteous staff and was delivered at precisely 11 am as advised! Very happy to recommend Dreams.

Over all great experience, our needs sorted without being pushed into something we did not need.Very nice people, very kind and helpful.

Order was an easy process, into the shop at Kings Lynn, saw what I wanted.
A little disappointed that a warranty similar to comparable products on the market came at an extra premium.
Delivery was nice and quick and I am happy with the mattress.

What an easy experience choosing the right mattress in Dreams with their fancy machine - would highly recommend. I’m sleeping so much better in my new bed - it really is a dream!
