from buying mattress to getting it delivered I would definitely visit Dreams again
Shop manager was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the best mattress,did not rush me and was very patient, Delivery guys were extremely helpful took my mattress upstairs and put it on my bed took my old mattress away, very impressed by Dreams in every way.

Helpful staff and a good product
Very helpful staff in the shop made me feel I’d made the best decision for my needs, and my new bed is very comfy, has great storage as well as the frame being the perfect colour and material for our room. Everything was delivered as expected and the bed has been well put together too.

So pleased with my small double besd
So pleased with my small double bed. I had very helpful staff member. He asked about what I wanted and I tried a few mattress. I couldn't ask for such a helpfull person. My delivery came in the allocated time. The 2 delivery men were well dressed. They took away my old bed and put together my new bed as it was a wooden frame. Also took away all the packing. Thank you for everybody who were involved in my purchase of my bed. I'm having a perfect nights sleep now

Fantastic service that was quick
Fantastic service that was quick, easy and stress free. Staff really worked well to get us the best. We were able to pick a delivery date that suited us, got a fantastic guarantee and for a little bit extra the delivery guys built the bed. Could not ask for a better quality bed and what a fantastic team that sold us it.

Like sleeping on a cloud
The best sleeping experience I've encountered to date! Well worth the money spend and my husband used to suffer from the occasional sore back after sleeping but not anymore. 10 out 10 all round.

Charlie Bed.
Bought the Charlie bed frame at Kirkcaldy retail park. It stated that it had a bar to keep the bed up when raised but it does not. I thought it would be good for me as i've had major heart surgery and it would take the strain off me. The other thing is i asked in the shop if the bottom was rigid was told yes but it is not. I'm a pensioner so can't just replace it.

Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry for the fact that the bed has not come with the ottoman support bar as advised. I can appreciate the frustration this must cause.
