Practical Christmas gift
Bought for an elderly relative who has since said the bed is very comfy.Looked online before going in to store and when I went instore there was an extra £100 off due to a Black Friday promotion.I was updated regularly regarding delivery, got a two hour delivery time day before delivery, on day of delivery got a call to say they would be here within half an hour which they were. The delivery guys carried it to room of choice so all in all very good and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Dreams again.

Very positive experience
The sales person was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We were shown mattresses (and tried them out) that were suitable for the way we slept, (we were tested for this in the shop). We were given pillows with our own paper cover to use. We tried several mattresses before deciding. The date we requested our mattress to be delivered on was met. The whole experience was good.

Highly recommend Dreams
Went to Dreams with my brother today, he was shopping for a new single bed. We were served by Sean, who provided an excellent service. My brother got his body frame and sleep position checked by a scanner and was shown the beds that were selected to suit his needs. He purchased the bed, which he found most comfortable and is looking forward to having it delivered. We were both really pleased with the efficient friendly service he received. Highly recommend Dreams 👌

Visiting Dreams in Kirkcaldy to purchase a new Bed for our son. Aron was excellent & provided an excellent customer Experience, could not fault. Store was clean & welcoming. Products were excellent. Aron's product knowledge was top class. Would defiantly recommend Dreams in Kirkcaldy for anyone looking for new Bed or Mattress.

The whole process from finding the bed I liked the look of to receiving my bed was amazing. The staff in the Kirkcaldy branch of Dreams were extremely helpful and the delivery team were very friendly and knowledgable.

worth the wait!
After a disastrous purchase of a box mattress from an online retailer we knew we wanted to go in store and try a bed out and get advice. We popped into dreams and did the sleep match test. We tested the suggested mattresses and purchased one of the recommended mattress types along with a new bed frame. Although we had to wait 8 weeks for the new bed to arrive, after 2 nights in the bed we know it was worth the wait. Staff in store and delivery team were excellent. Would definitely return in future.

Staff were helpful and not in the least pushy. They gave sound advice aimed at saving money for the customer. The store was open and well laid out and kept in a cool temperature on a hot day. Rapid delivery times arranged and the delivery to and assembly in a given room much appreciated. For a nominal fee the removal of used beds is also a great feature.
