From entering the store we were treated…
From entering the store we were treated with courtesy and listened to our needs. We were given our delivery date which was kept to and the delivery men were helpful and considerate and even put on overshoes when entering our home which pleased us. We would advise anyone want to purchase a new bed to visit Dreams

From purchase to delivery everything…
From purchase to delivery everything went smoothly. Great advice on the type of mattress, discussed over a coffee. Tried 5 possible one's and finally decided on a sealy mattress. Delivery date agreed, kept up to date with times and 2 lovely men delivered the new bed and mattress without a hitch. Highly recommended Dreams...

All round great experience
Sales rep was lovely, and did her best to help and accommodate our needs, when it came to delivery day the team were extremely professional, prompt and took extra care in bringing the packages in to the house, as for the product itself, so far it seems quite sturdy and was extremely easy to assemble,
all in all I am thoroughly pleased with this company and the purchase I made with them.
