Excellent service
Kristen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient during our visit. We had a number of delays on our house move date and these changes were accommodated without any hassle. The beds arrived and the delivery team assembled them efficiently and quickly. Our bed is excellent. I have not yet slept in the other one.

I have been really impressed with the service I received from Dreams in Knaresborough.
Darren the sales adviser was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy.
The information I received regarding my delivery was helpful and accurate. The delivery men , again , like Darren were excellent. The older gentleman was very informative and gave me some useful tips regarding my new mattress. Eg to keep my bedroom ventilated for a few hours as my new mattress had been sprayed .
I would highly recommend Dreams in Knaresborough. A great team . Thank you .

The member or staff (Harrison), was able to answer all of my questions. I feel I received the highest standard of service and I was very impressed by the amount of knowledge he had and his quick and efficient service. He helped me pick out my perfect mattress without making me feel pressured. Very impressed!

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. I am sorry you are not finding mattress comfortable. Dreams offer a 100 night comfort guarantee, whereby if you are not getting on with your mattress, you can exchange it for an alternative of your choice.
I am happy we have your replacement on order, and it is due to be delivered on 18th October. I hope that you will be much happier with the new mattress.

The sales assistant and delivery men were excellent but the quality of the bed was poor.
The sales assistant and delivery men were helpful, friendly and efficient.
The bed was delivered on our chosen day and assembled efficiently.
However we were disappointed with the quality of the headboard. From the front it looks good but from the back it looks like something that has been thrown together, with no care or attention! Staples randomly put in and missing, which look messy. Making the bed look cheap.
Very disappointed.
We thought by buying from a shop and not off an internet site, we would avoid this.

Very comfortable mattresses. Delivery date to fit in with us. Two great delivery men, who also took away our used mattresses for recycling.

Great service, great product
Bought a new metal bed frame from Dreams, great price in the sale as ex demo. Delivered on time, well packed and no damage. Looks really nice now it is assembled. The staff were very helpful in the Knaresborough branch, would recommend.
