Great team of people from beginning to end.
From the moment we spoke to Nibs and she explained everything we needed to know about our beds to the two guys who delivered and set up our new bed, they were all wonderful.

My wife and I chose the Dreams store at Lakeside in Thurrock. I am always filled with dread at the thought of purchasing, inanimate, if not important items. However, the colleague that helped us, Sophie, was excellent. Her knowledge was thorough and her style was understated but hugely helpful. Dreams, this is the type of employee that will help build your brand. Excellent.

Early delivery date,kept updated with a text the day before with a 2 hour time slot. helpful staff, delivery guys respectful and polite. Very happy with my purchase

I ordered an electric ottoman divan which was delivered today by two very pleasant men. Very polite and respected my home. Wearing slippers on my new carpet. They built the bed, showed me how it worked, and fitted the mattress which was delivered by another company. I was notified on adelivery time, and one of the men was Adriano phoned to say how near he was for delivery. Also Sophie at Lakeside branch for helping me choose. Very happy.

We ordered a mattress for my son,we received and first i saw it i didn’t liked the quality,it looks so cheap for the price. We gave a try for 3 nights,matress is so firm,it feels like you sleeping in the sofa. We wanted to return it as we was not happy,and they don’t give us options for return for nothing. So disappointed with their service.

Vanessa salesperson friendly and helpful. Several different versions of the bed we needed to choose from. Chose one that suits us. We were treated in a friendly and business-like manner throughout.

No hard sell just knowledgeable friendly staff with a bed for every budget

Delivery and shop staff great. Slightly let down by the bed quality, one of the threads in the base board came out

Really disappointed.
They were closing in 5 minutes when we arrived and we were straight away told this by a member of staff, to then 1 minute later ask a member of staff about a bed, they told us ‘we close in 4 minutes’.
So we left as we found it quite rude, we went to bensons for beds who also shut in 5 minutes, however they invited us in, and within 10 minutes we had bought a bed due to their amazing customer service!

Every thing was great until we found out that we would have to assemble the bed ourselves!!!! This was not mentioned to us in the show room so beware the delivery people were excellent. Sales person was excellent but failed to mention assembly detail

The buying of the right bed made easy. The whole process was simple, laid on a machine bed to determine what firmness would be best. We then laid on a number of mattresses to find the best that suited us and our pocket.
