Excellent service from purchase at the Crown Point branch Leeds, to delivery. Delivery men 5 out of 5, so polite and bed base is really good quality.

Dreams Crown Point - highly recommend
Hayley at Dreams - Crown Point was brilliant in helping our daughter, who has learning difficulties, to choose a mattress. She really went above and beyond so that we chose the best mattress for her.

The mattress we got from your shop was very firm for us was told this would be ok for us did get it in November no body was bothered to ask about the mattress we need so was a big mistake we are in are 70s

The bed took longer than advised for…
The bed took longer than advised for delivery. Website diffuclt to navigate to change delivery day as it asked for payment to confirm the change of day. Had to contact the team by webchat instead. Great bed though and good service by delivery team and outting it together.

Very large storage area underneath. Just seams larger than the previous bed,but getting used to it.

Excellent service
Hayley, the sales advisor was very knowledgeable about the product and the service that was available.
The delivery schedule was very accurate and we are very pleased with our purchase.
Will definitely recommend and come again should we need any bedroom furniture.

Nice easy process
Nice easy process. No pushy sales techniques and was given sound advice on what type of mattress to go for. Delivery was also good and the lads had the new mattress in and the old one out in what seemed like seconds.

Bed comfortable and seems well made and strong
Bed met all expectations delivered as promised. We did have to wait three weeks for delivery but happy with our purchase overall. Staff in store very helpful and delivery men built up the bed quickly for us

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, couldn't have been more helpful. No pressure to buy, but answered all our questions honestly, giving us the confidence to make a purchase.
The mattress we bought was delivered on the date we had been given, we were called on the morning to confirm delivery. The delivery men were considerate of us and our home.
The mattress is wonderfully comfortable, we're so pleased with it.
