Lovely staff, quality mattress. Best mattress ever had

Delivery was on time and efficiently done. The two guys you sent were very pleasant and friendly and didn’t disturb anything in the house. They removed the old mattress without any fuss in spite of its weight and awkwardness, providing our new twin mattresses with ease. We were always anxious if we had made the right decision, but our new mattresses are perfect, such an improvement, thanks Team Dreams.

The bed is brilliant i vant fault it it does everything i needed and is very comfortable the servuce i eecieved was absolitely faultless the staff were very polite and quick at putting the bed together i thoight it would take quite some time to do wirh all the electrics but they were very quick , my bed is beautiful i cant fault it and it beats having to sleep om my settee because i ciuldnt get out of my old bed ! Thankyou very much to all the staff for what theyve done fir me

Every thing was brilliant. The sales man Andy is very professional and help me with any questions that I had .he didn't pressure me in any way just let me browse at an assortment of of recommended beds and mattresses after the two or three minutes on the test bed? Delivery of my bed and mattress was spot on.The men were polite clean and tidy and insisted of wearing protective shoe covers over all a pleasant experience

We ordered our mattress from Crown Point Leeds and Zain was lovely to deal with. The service was top notch

The staff at the Leeds Crown Point branch remembered us from out last visit 2 years before which was lovely, the gentleman who looked after us was really helpful, I'm afraid I cannot remember his name, he was an Asian gentleman. They offered us drinks and were all the staff were great. You have a great team. Well done!

We recently had to claim on our bed insurance. I braced myself for a battle but honestly Dreams and the insurance company have been so accommodating. The service both in store and on the phone from both companies has been outstanding. I can’t recommend Dreams enough. Thank you for quickly rectifying our issue in such a professional timely manner it’s so appreciated.

Order and delivery time frames and online choice for delivery all great - delivery drivers were fab and caring with delivery - only downside was they gave us the wrong slats for the bed so had to come back later with the correct ones - probably a long day for them
