Great service in-store, quick delivery and really quick assembly!
My child loves the bed, and makes use of the 'den' daily!

Outstanding service - from walking into the store to the delivery.
I was given plenty of time and information to make my mattress choice and all my questions were answered.
The delivery team took great care to assess the route to the bedroom and carry our (heavy!) new mattress up there.
Polite and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff concerned.

The service we received at this branch was exceptional. Zain, our knowledgeable mattress expert, provided us with detailed explanations of the various types of mattresses available and attentively listened to our needs (ten out of ten for Zain). Thanks to his insightful recommendations, we found the perfect mattress for us. The customer service was not only efficient but also friendly, with superb communication throughout the process. If you're unsure about what type of mattress you need, I highly recommend trying their sleep pattern machine or chatting with a staff member. We were also warmly welcomed by Hayley at the front door, who not only greeted us with a big smile but also makes a fantastic cuppa! Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Dreams for your mattress needs.

It has been an amazing experience for us

Dreams themselves were very helpful. Good selection, advice and quick delivery. The product however is awful. We decided to spend a decent amount of money on the therapur response 3200 with actigel plus topper. Intially the most amazing mattress we have ever had. Three years down the line ,the mattress is knackered. Not good for the environment or us financially. I expect a matteress to last at least 5 to 8 years. Its sagging at the sides and bowing and we both feel like we have been in a car crash after a nights sleep. Its become lumpy. Dont waste your money to have to replace it 3 years down the line. Hindsight is a cruel thing ,it only came with 12 month guarantee, which for a mattress costing over a grand, is pretty poor.

We visited Dreams at Crown Point in Leeds, we were looked after by Zain, who talked us through the process of finding the right mattress for us, he was very polite and helpful and extremely knowledgeable, we felt very much at ease throughout the whole time we were in the store, nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Friendly and great delivery service - parcel was dirty so advised to clean it before they took inside - advised toair the mattress before using - Delivered to room required
Costs are increasing if you want delivery to a room as i have ordered another mattress - Don't agree with this as the company get more money but do the delivery staff

We were looking for a new mattress knowing exactly what we wanted, and Dreams didn’t disappoint! We used their new Sleepmatch technology with the help of their friendly staff to check our needs aligned with our wants, and it confirmed that the mattress we had already been looking at was indeed the one.

Ordering was easy, delivery was excellent and the men delivering were excellent. So very helpful with my Mum in law. Took away her old mattress and made sure she knew she could try for 100 days.
The mattress is a dream and she is sleeping so much better. Thanks again

Good customer service during purchase and delivery

From the minute we walked into the shop we were greeted and asked if we needed any help.

The lady that dealt with our purchase was very helpful explaining all the different types of mattress she did not rush us and helped us purchase 2 single combination mattress’s which we love.

When we went to pay she explained about insurance, old mattress recycling, mattress covers and delivery.
We were worried about purchasing the correct type of mattress but we received wonderful service from buying to delivery. Thank you.
