Dreams - Lincoln Reviews 

I would like to rate my experience with Dreams as excellent. I enjoyed a leisurely walk around the showroom and I approached the staff member when I was ready for further information. They listened to the sort of mattress I was looking for and directed me to it and it was perfect. I am sleeping very well on the new mattress and I would highly recommend Dreams.

Bought two single divan style beds a couple of months ago for my twin teenagers. The experience in store was great and no problems. The beds arrived on time and on the day stated. The delivery men were very helpful and both girls are very happy with their new beds.

For me. The best thing I have done it was wonderful to wake up pain free First class.

Dreams at Lincoln.

The staff at Dreams in Lincoln were fantastic. They were extremely helpful with their advice and made my purchase eventful. I would love it if they did more than beds i.e. sofas, love chairs etc., I'd be there to buy again like a shot. They have my five stars, no problem. *****

I was helped to pick the right mattress for me, I was asked the questions that I hadn’t realised were important - but they were. Friendly knowledgeable and non pushy member of staff to take me through the process. Delivery was prompt enough, and I was barely able to answer the survey about that, as the three staff were in and out of my house in about 3 minutes. New mattress in place, old one removed.

The lady who sold us the mattress in the showroom was very professional, kind and helpful.
The delivery guy was the same. We couldn’t fault them.

Nothing was to much trouble for the store assistant in showing us all the alternatives. Delivery excellent and when promised and the delivery staff were most helpful. And very pleased with new bed.

Christopher greated me and my wife as we walked into the store and asked if we would like a coffee it was lovely coffee and then he asked us what we were looking for we told Christopher that we both have back problems and was not able to get a good night sleep so he segested we lay down on this bed that helps find you the best mattress for you the one he took us to was very comfortable we tried 2 and found the second one to be the best for us he was very helpful and not pushing into anything we didn't want the experience was fantastic and would have no doubt in going back again Christopher was the perfect salesman cudent wish for better service and the mattress is so comfy best night sleep we have had for years thanks Christopher at dreams lincoln

As I suffer from an arthritic condition I was blown away by the level of patience & understanding afforded to myself during my recent visit to the Lincoln store. The customer care was 1st class & my salesperson couldn't have made the visit any easier for me (allowing for my mobility issues). Cannot praise this young man highly enough! Needless to say, divan & very comfortable mattress duly ordered. Exceptional service & 5 stars fully deserved.

The staff member that served us was knowledgeable , it was a pleasure doing business with dreams. The bed is super comfortable. A great buy.
