What a ma
What a superb mattress so comfortable a sealy we were taken on a test a tick box to find the right one. This brought up 3 we decided on the sealy. Brillant. Chris at dreams Lincoln. So knowledgeable we have recommended dreams to all our friends and family. Well done.

Dreaming of a good nights sleep?
I’ve recently had a bad experience with the online ‘Emma’ Company and it’s still going on due to their appalling customer service. I’m desperate for a good nights sleep so went along to Dreams where I’ve had a totally different experience! There’s something to be said about going into a shop. Their Sleepmatch service is amazing! The colleague who helped me was wonderful - she was so friendly and patient, explained everything and answered all my questions professionally. I was even given a hit drink while I tried the recommended mattresses out! I’d recommend anyone looking to buy a mattress to visit them! Wendy Marshall

The team in the Lincoln store are fabulous. Excellent customer service and nothing too much trouble. So friendly while remaining very professional at the same time.

We have no complaints regarding our experience with Dreams. We were treated with respect by Scott in the Lincoln showroom he could not have been more helpful We would give him 10 stars if we could. The delivery guys were just as polite and helpful, they put the beds together and took all the rubbish with them. Regarding the bed it is the best we have ever had and at 73 yrs of age I have had a lot of beds. It is comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Well done Dreams keep up the good work.

Excellent from start to finish
From start to finish we received great service and now we have our new bed - we could not be more pleased. We used the mattress match and our new bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. All staff in the shop and also the delivery team were really great. Thank you to everyone involved.
