Lincoln. Helpful and Informative.
Called in on spec to Lincoln store to enquire about Tempur mattresses. Chris floor manager could not have been more helpful. Explaining different products, giving me time to try and coming up with options to suit my budget and requirements. A lesson in how customer service should be done.

As the name says, great Dreams we now have!
From the moment of walking in throughout the whole time of choosing a new bed, it was an informative, pleasant experience. Our representative Elaine was courteous, full of information and made it pleasant and relaxing. We left knowing we'd chosen the best bed for our needs. Thankyou

The manager Amy is very friendly
The manager Amy is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We received the sleep match experience and were offered a drink and even sweets. Amy was very patient with us. All staff are very friendly and welcoming and we would highly recommend the Lincoln store.

We are very pleased with our mattresses purchased from Dreams. We would also like to thank the staff at the sales unit in Lincoln and the guys who delivered them swiftly and when promised. All excellent.
The only unfortunate aspect of this transaction is that I felt unable to praise any of these people through customer feedback channels because I took the time to read the small print explaining how they would use my data, mostly in the US. I was not happy about this at all and Dreams should seriously re-think this policy.
Otherwise, very pleased....

Stunning bed and amazing mattress
I have brought my bed and mattress from dreams and can honestly say was such an easy process, delivered on the day I requested and the delivery blokes were very helpful and quick.
Quality of the bed is amazing and looks stunning, the mattress is so comfortable I’ve now had for a few months and my sleep has been amazing no more aches highly recommend.

Best Mattress I have ever had in my life & it's so brilliant for my bad back this memory foam mattress too.
Also the staff were fantastic, friendly, polite, helpful & very professional.
I would definitely recommend dreams beds to everyone I know.

Joining strap Holes
Upon assembly it was found the joining strap holes on one end of the divan base had been drilled in the wrong place , making it impossible to connect joining strap across the base, 12mm to wide .I fabricated a new joining strap solved the problem
