Friendly service with clear explanation regarding options

We went into dreams on New Year’s Day and was instantly met by Jennifer , absolutely outstanding service was received from the very beginning . The wife and I along with our daughter was made to feel so welcome and had the pleasure of trying there amazing sleep match technology ! Please just go for that experience it’s simply amazing . After feeling so welcome by Jennifer it was very easy to feel at home and try the beds at our leisure , constantly reassured by Jennifer’s knowledge . The experience we received in store was some of the best I’ve ever had , Jennifer was so helpful and never once felt us feeling any pressure . Her understanding of our needs and knowledge on product was 5-star , thankyou Jennifer we are so excited for our new bed

I was made to feel comfortable the whole time i was picking my bed and mattress. Jen offered me a drink whilst i decided and explained the differences in so many mattresses. She listened to my needs and let me try so many until i decided on my choice.

Disappointed with delayed delivery. Also my headboard was damaged . I was promised a gift for the delay but never received it.

Visited Dreams, Edge Lane yesterday with my partner to browse the range. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Debby invited us to try the Sleepmatch machine and the mattress it paired us with was perfect. We were so happy with it and the discount and add-ons on offer made it an easy choice for us. We then sat with Noah and he sorted out the order and set up a finance option for us. The experience was very pleasant from start to finish and we left counting down the days until our new mattress arrives. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed, excellent service and customer care ♥️
