the bed is as comfortable as the one we tested in the showroom and the organisation and installation of the new bed and removal of the old bed all was done very professionally, on time and the operation went exactly as they promised it would. Very impressed.

Sales team are not pushy in this store. Knowledgeable and friendly. Offered refreshments, toilets and kids corner to entertain the kids whilst shopping/placing an order.

Ordered a mattress from Dreams. Day before delivery I got my 2hr delivery slot.
Day of delivery they arrived 25 minutes early. I therefore wasn’t at home but I had a painter in so the delivery driver put the mattress on the dirty muddy (having building work done) hallway.
I had no courtesy call letting me know they were going to arrive early. When I phoned the number on the email, the driver just kept telling me it was all my fault that I wasn’t at the property. I asked him how I was supposed to take the mattress upstairs on my own - he said it wasn’t his problem. He was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Rang customer service team and they escalated it to me getting a call back from a supervisor. Three days later got that call. All he kept telling me was how legally Dreams had done their job because they had delivered it on the correct day therefore I had no grounds for a complaint.
Absolutely awful service from Dreams. All they had to do was have the courtesy to ring me and let me know they were running early. If they had done so I could have got home earlier to meet them or at least told them where to put the mattress. But just to be blamed for it all a) isn’t right and b) isn’t fair. Awful service and I certainly would not buy from them again.

Jason listened to our requirements and our budget and was able to find us a fantastic matress and helped sweeten the deal with some nice add ons!

Virtual measuring system was such a silly bit of fun, but it set the mood and the Team's attitude and assistance was great.

Matress is exactlty what we needed, comfort, cooling and all within budget.

Delivery date was adhered to, arrived in good time, came wrapped well, existing matress taken away was in great condition.

Highly recommend Dreams based on our terrible experience with their close rivals.

DElivered within notified time, representatives were informative and pleasant, minimal instalation time taking away all pagaging leaving no mess.

Great service from start to end. The the staff in store were helpful without being pushy and were really knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. I really liked the sleep science technology and the peace of mind with the sleep guarantee. I was also able to buy my mattress but delay the delivery by around 5 months which was ideal as it meant I had the benefits of a sale price!

The bed we ordered was ready before our estimated delivery date, from the sales girl to delivery, we received exceptional service. Would highly recommend Dreams to try and test all beds/mattresses for all of their assistance. Quality product received.

I was well attended to but if I have a gripe it is that even though the store had a special sale on for the weekend I wasn't offered anything even though I hinted a couple of times

Staff very patient and did not put any pressure on me to purchase which allowed me to try the beds I wanted an then made a purchase.

Fast, friendly and efficient sale. After buying bunk bed mattresses a few months ago I went back for a mattress for myself this time. Came away with the ideal one. Great service and products.
