Dreams - Loughborough Reviews 

We ordered our new bed, no problem but unfortunately Dreams do not keep to promises they made. We tried out mattresses and ordered our bed which hopefully will arrive on time. When we tried various ones out we each had a pillow which we would have ordered there and then at buy one get one free, however the store was changing over to a new system so it couldn’t be done. The assistant helping us, Talula then said that because we were her first customers of the week and that we’d been such good customers (remember also that we’d spent in excess of £3000) that she would give them to us for nothing and she would ring us at the end of the week. No call came so we called them and also went in to the store. Denied that she ever promised to call (she said when we ordered that she would call us anyway because the order was not on the new system) and then denied that she was ever going to give us the pillows for free or buy one get one free as it was above her paygrade. Not good customer service and not good to promise something they could not give. Her colleague was sitting alongside her when these promises were made so don’t understand why he didn’t step in as the shop was empty at the time.

Great couple of guys who delivered and built the bed in my bedroom. They were polite quick and as a bonus got rid of all the packing too 11 out of 10

Extremely disappointed with Dreams. We bought our mattress in-store and were clearly told by the staff that we could return it if we weren't happy. However, they conveniently failed to mention that a 'return' only means receiving a voucher, not a monetary refund. We were completely unaware of this restrictive policy because the salesperson chose to hide it from us just to close the sale.
​Now, we are trapped with our money locked into their ecosystem, even though we do not wish to buy anything else from them. This is a highly misleading and unfair sales tactic. Buying a mattress is a major investment, and this lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. Beware of what the staff tell you in-store!

The team delivered my bed assembly it in bedroom took away all the packing and the old bed and mattress first class service and on a really hot day.

We chose Dreams again as we had bought from them before and was pleased with the service. This time we were buying a positionable bed so more thought to go into it. The beds were there to try with a clear list of what they did. We dealt with a girl called Telullah and she was extremely helpful and patient with us. Also Dreams take the old bed away. The two guys who came to deliver were super efficient. It was all very painless.

Great service and delivery, very comfy product.

We are very pleased with the bed and mattress we bought, together with the headboard. We found the staff very friendly and helpful at the store, especially as we are rather elderly. When the bed was delivered the fitters were very quick but did a really good job.

My overall experience was brilliant. Matt, the store manager, took care of me whilst I was exploring my options in the store. He ensured that he took into account all my disabilities and made sure I was comfortable when I tried out the mattresses the bed match system recommended.
When my bed was delivered, the two guys could not do enough to ensure that everything went incredibly smoothly. They even offered to move my bedside cupboards back to their correct places and also to move the mattress I was keeping back into my spare room.
I can't praise the staff I had dealings with highly enough. An excellent buying experience.

Customer service was excellent
