A delightful sleep
We are very pleased with the bed and mattress we bought, together with the headboard. We found the staff very friendly and helpful at the store, especially as we are rather elderly. When the bed was delivered the fitters were very quick but did a really good job.

My overall experience was brilliant
My overall experience was brilliant. Matt, the store manager, took care of me whilst I was exploring my options in the store. He ensured that he took into account all my disabilities and made sure I was comfortable when I tried out the mattresses the bed match system recommended.
When my bed was delivered, the two guys could not do enough to ensure that everything went incredibly smoothly. They even offered to move my bedside cupboards back to their correct places and also to move the mattress I was keeping back into my spare room.
I can't praise the staff I had dealings with highly enough. An excellent buying experience.

Heavenly Mattress
When we got our new mattress we weren't quite sure what it would be like, after all we'd been having back ache for quite a while. But we were surprised at what a good night's sleep we had and are still having the best sleep ever.

Loughborough staff rude and aggressive when we wanted to exchange one of the mattresses we bought. We'll never return there again.

Excellent from start to finish
We decided to visit dreams to purchase a new bed and haven’t been disappointed. We got a great deal in store from a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. We had a great experience with our purchase from dreams. The shopping was easier than expected with our assistant helping through selection and purchase. The delivery was spot on with notifications all the way through. We ordered installation which was great thanks to two lovely delivery guys. All in all great service.

We bought a great bed and excellent mattress at dreams, no issues at all. The best night sleep we have had in ages. No complaints, the staff were friendly, I’d definitely recommend dreams in Loughborough.

Good morning madam, here's your 2 grand FROZEN mattress.
Everyone at Loughborough Store was fantastic, couldn't fault a thing.
It's the delivery that ruined the whole experience.
We paid for the "room of your choice delivery" service and my wife was on her own.
When the delivery team arrived they refused to deliver our 2 grand mattress to the bedroom as it was allegedly "Frozen stiff"
"It happens all the time" they said.
They refused to come back once thawed out to complete the service.
"We can't come back we're too busy" they said.
Customer services said "They can't come back they're too busy"
"The earliest we could get them back to complete the service would be next Tuesday" which was 4 days later.
My wife couldn't sleep on the sofa for 4 nights so I had to leave my work duties 6 hours away and injure myself getting it up the stairs so my wife (with a sleeping disability) could have somewhere to sleep.
Had to get a refund and make a complaint (of which i have also had no confirmation on)
Leaves a very bad taste.
Why are dreams allowing 2 grand mattresses to freeze in the back of a van just before delivering to a customer?
Apparently, "frozen" mattresses can be damaged when moving them around so why was it even moved off the van?
I can't see anywhere a policy stating that mattresses won't be delivered to a room of your choice if it is frozen.
Something wrong with the process here methinks.
Not at all happy and took the shine off the whole experience.
