I couldn’t have had a worse experience…
I couldn’t have had a worse experience with dreams. Won’t be using them again and have actively recommended a couple of friends looking for mattresses to go elsewhere. The team in the shop were always very friendly and grateful. But if you need after sales services or something goes wrong you will struggle and very likely be left stranded, which is far from ideal as mattresses are an expensive purchase. In addition to having a faulty mattress delivered that they wouldn’t change for months and had an aggressive delivery person in my house my complaint which was form but kind and informative with clear outcomes requested was ignored. This was months of problems, hours on the phone and rude or aggressive people. Definitely not a brand I would trust again which is kind of worrisome given the strong branding they have

Overall good experience
Pleasant salesperson (Tallulah), didn’t have to wait long for delivery- the guys collected our old mattress and installed the new one with ease. I have found the new tempur mattress to be very comfy, even during the hot nights!
