I was impressed with the technology used to ensure I had the right type of mattress for me. The staff customer service was excellent as was the crew you delivered and took away the old mattress. I will recommend Dream's to my friends

Exceptional service in store, I felt that I was listened to and health issues were taken into account.
The delivery guys were brilliant, they were very thorough, friendly and went through everything.

I took my mother to Dreams in Loughborough purely because I have had a very good experience with them myself and bought my own bed and mattress from them. My mother is in her 80s so has certain needs. They were extremely helpful and very patient with her whilst she tried out which mattress would be good for her. I'm hoping that the drivers that deliver and take away her old mattress are just as professional.

We chose a Tempura mattress, price was not of a concern, it was more important the product was right for us and after some 3 weeks of use now, we are not disappointed.
The whole Dreams experience from the initial visit to the Loughborough showroom right through to delivery was excellent!!!!

The sales guy was very professional and kind. Very thorough and listened to my requirements. I was able to use the sleep machine and try many different mattresses and pillows. The delivery time was just 1 week, excellent delivery time and amazing customer service.

If I wasn't sleeping on the floor I'd have gone elsewhere.

From visiting Dreams store to receiving delivery of my new mattress all went well. Cheerful, well informed and helpful staff in the store to prompt receipt of goods ordered, again all care was taken when placing the new mattress on my bed.
