New bed and mattress for my 11year son he loves them!
Store was great the sleepmatch machine helped narrow down my choice of mattress and store went out of thier way to let us try mattress ourselves and make our own decision .
Delivery team very professional kept me informed several times and arrived when they said they would.

Very pleased
Very pleased. The guys were quick and efficient and careful manoeuvring into the bedroom. Bed is comfy and everything we hoped.

Our first experience in Dreams.
The store is bright and spacious and has a wide range of mattresses from different suppliers. The staff were friendly and welcoming, quick to introduce the best process for us.
First we were asked our preferences then tested on their “digital profiler” which really helped to narrow down our mattress search..
We had a good discussion about our different (mr and mrs) needs and how best to resolve them. Felt under no pressure-was offered coffee and tea and had all purchase options explained to us.
Our new mattress will be delivered in about 4 weeks. Fantastic service really.

Helpful and attentive sales
Helpful and attentive sales staff who took their time to ensure that we selected the right product that suited us.
The sleep machine was a strange experience and I'm unsure of it made a difference, but it did narrow the search.
