From start to finish perfect
From start to finish, it was a really enjoyable experience. The showroom staff were friendly and proffesional. I was kept up to date throughout and on the delivery date, the matress arrived ,it was installed, all expertly with no fuss. Just Perfection.

Can’t fault them
Needed new mattress only so popped into local store, London road, Maidstone, member of staff introduced themselves, asked about our requirements and at our request directed us to what we required and left us to browse by ourselves no pressure to buy, once we had picked a mattress returned to staff member to ask a few questions, offered us a drink, all questions answered, item available in store to take away so assisted with getting it to and putting into car. Paid and left, Very straight forward. No pressure anywhere

Excellent service from Dreams Maidstone
Excellent service from the young man in Dreams Maidstone. Very knowledgable and helped me choose a great mattress without pressure. Delivery was arranged, communication was excellent and the mattress arrived on time and in excellent condition. The delivery team were polite and respectful. Mattress has proved to be excellent too. Wanted a soft mattress
Wanted a soft mattress, and after going to many places that sold mattresses and eventually decided to go to Dreams.
We bought our bedstead from Dreams back in 2000 and it is still going strong.
After trying out many mattresses we found one that suited our needs.
Very happy with it, and would recommend Dreams.

Outstanding Service
From walking into the store to delivery I had an outstanding experience, the lady in store, put me on a special bed advised which were the best mattresses to suit me, i chose what i wanted and then i was sat at the desk, alm paperwork sorted, chose my delivery date and delivery was also great, very polite, took their shoes off even though i didnt ask them to, asked where i would like the mattress put, explained a few things to me regarding returning after 100 days if i wasnt happy etc. But so far i am very happy with my new matress and i dont think i will be returning it. My matress calls me every night and i now look forward to going to bed. Thank you

100% recommend Dreams!!
From the minute we walked into the store we were impressed with the service… no pushy sales, just a sales assistant who knew her stuff… she gave great advice but didn’t make us feel she was pushing for a sale!
The delivery was negotiable… we was even able to bring the date forward… The delivery was on time and the guys were so helpful, respectful and professional.
Our previous bed we brought from Bensons,
