Earlier call and spoke to a lady assistant who was extremely helpful. We came back another day, she wasn't there but a gentleman served us as competent as the lady. Hence the purchase.

Brilliant honest
Brilliant honest, friendly, polite and very helpful service. No offers or hard sell of anything at all, just what I went in for and very helpful with my specific needs. Lots of information and very concentrated on my needs that is essential with my disability. I have a very bad spinal condition and a mattress is so very important and getting the right type is crucial. Great customer services, products and disabled parking. The first place that I visited with no need to look or go elsewhere. sorted.

I visited the showroom saw the bed
I visited the showroom saw the bed, mattress and bedside tables that I wanted. The salesman was very helpful, then left me to decide.
I then went to the salesman, ordered, paid , a week later delivered, they took away my old bed and mattress. No hassle.
I would highly recommend Dreams from start to finish.
My Bed and mattress are fabulous!!

From start to finish the service we received from your Maidstone branch has been excellent. When the beds were delivered the two men who put the beds together were very polite and left no mess and we’ve had absolutely no issues with either of the beds.
From this experience we would highly recommend them.

I went into dreams looking for advice…l
I went into dreams looking for advice on what mattress to get and i needed up walking out having bough one. Clive was beyond helpful, very friendly and a good laugh too! He explained everything clearly and was just amazing!
I would recommend to anyone going to dreams, I myself will be returning!

The Maidstone branch were a lot more…
The Maidstone branch were a lot more helpful than the Tunbridge Wells branch and the delivery process was good and the team was very helpful, polite and happy.And made sure we was happy and took the rubbish away and kindly took our old mattress down stairs.
