Ordered a King mattress from Dreams New Cross. Everything went perfect from buying to delivery. Great customer service, mattress delivered on date and time as promised. Well done 😊

Really lovely staff, very knowledgeable and friendly.

As a lesbian, I always worry a little when I walk into shops like this as you have to come out to people you know nothing about. But the store staff, especially Gina and Nan were absolutely lovely and didn't even blink when my wife and I said we are looking for a bed for the two of us.

Where do I start! We walked in with my girlfriend just to browse for a new mattress for our new bed and our new apartment that we have recently moved in too. Ericka the lady that served us immediately attended us and greeted us which was even a surprise and so welcoming, this doesn’t usually happen in bed/mattress stores as in the past we would come in to browse to other retailers and even after laying on mattresses nobody would still attend, so this was a pleasant surprise! Ericka offered us refreshments, ask us about our days before even going to product, there after we described what we’re looking for on the day whiles browsing, Ericka advised us to use Dreams new technology which is a bed system that when you lay on it adjusts and advises your mattress type, it was super incredible and astonishing to see how accurate the machine was. There after we were shown a few different options according to the results, Ericka’s knowledge about the product with every question we asked was great she without a slip knew every product she showed is inside out! After trying a few mattresses we fell in love with one, asked Ericka all the details about the mattress and again she was smooth and confident with her knowledge, we also found out that she has and uses dreams mattress at home too, which gave us that boost in trust, we were also introduced too an extended guarantee/cover which seemed beneficial and brought in more confidence. After all this experience my girlfriend and myself looked at each other and we said let’s do it as we both realised there’s no need to look further after receiving such an amazing experience. Checkout was smooth, the date of delivery was a little bit delayed, but it’s understandable. Other colleagues were super knowledgeable as well about foam, spring types and so on as at the checkout we also had a catch up with the manager about Tempur pillows cause we loved them as Ericka brought them out for us to lay on whiles trying mattresses. As soon as we receive our mattress we’re going back in for the pillows cause we can stop thinking about it! Overall superb 5 star experience from staff and we truly felt like appreciated clients. Thank you dreams and thank you Ericka!

Next level of treatment, the patience with me, Gina showed me all the products I asked for, explained me everything, did a personal studio of my body (higly recommended before buying a mattress). She gave me advices and tips before buying and after... Excelent

Delivery guys helpful and respected property

A smooth delivery, although slightly too early. Professional, friendly delivery team.
I ordered a tv bed and with lighting, the headboard light didn’t turn on but I’ve been assured that this will be rectified. I struggled with setting up the TV so called the New Cross store and got help from Laura, she had excellent customer service skills, she went above and beyond, even FaceTiming me to guide me through the process!

the mattress was hard at the beginning, but over time become better, I found it to be excellent when watching TV in bed but still adapting to sleeping. What is excellent is that even laying on the border the support is very good.

Wonderful service from Ericka at Dreams New Cross Gate. As a single first time buyer never having bought a bed before this was a daunting expense for me and I felt comfortable and informed throughout and even relaxed by the end! Thank you all. Very happy.

The ladies I spoke to were super helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the mattress I ordered was what we wanted and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. I was amazed the way staff look after me and gave the opportunity to choose and compare what is comfortable for me. They offered me and my family tea and coffee while we were viewing what we wanted. Nandita is the best staff who dealt with me and my partner and I would like to say 🙏🏾

We wanted to buy items that were in clearance and needed very specific delivery days.
Got through to customer services based in New Cross and the staff member went to so much trouble to arrange the details of our orders to get what we needed and delivered when we were available.
