Delivery was fine, and the new bed is great

Easy purchase, knowledgeable but not pushy staff, kept well informed of delivery process and notified by delivery staff, kept to the time they said, checked before going for how easy it would be to get up the stairs and suggested the best option (which worked👌)

Was super easy to buy a bed, to do anything after this was absolutely shocking, hours and days of my life I will never get back, After care service is the worst I have experienced for a long time and I would just stay well away from wasting any of your time.

The advice in store was amazing.
We'd bought a mattress before online and it wasn't comfortable. The people talked through different options , we were able to try them out. It was just nice to deal with people who knew what they were talking about

We bought our mattress two months ago and the smell of the mattress didn't gone. I am very disappointed and I can fell the smell in all my bedroom.

Excellent product, customer service was very good and the delivery drivers were accurate with the expected time for drop off kept us informed when they will exactly deliver the mattress very happy with our purchase would recommend

Lily was really patient, helpful and knowledgable, though not at all pushy, guiding us to what we described and answering questions about both in store and online products. This made it easier to eventually make our final choice. Completing the order and deciding on a delivery date was hassle free. It's an important purchase so worth the effort of popping into the store to check out the products in an unhurried and pressure free environment and ordering there. Prices are competitive especially considering these are quality products made in the UK.

Great experience from start to finish salesman was not pushy at all left us alone unless we asked questions and really helpful. Great communication throughout , the delivery team were brilliant really cheerful, took our old mattress and put the new one in no trouble and speedy. We bought a Tempur mattress it’s like sleeping on a cloud . Highly recommend

So pleased with our experience at Dreams. The sales professional took her time to listen to us and talk us through various options, without pressurising us. They kept in touch after we'd ordered and we couldn't have been happier with the guys who delivered and put together the bed. It's also more than comfortable!
