I received excellent customer service from Ed. He provided a warm welcome and offered refreshments, which was appreciated. Buying a bed and mattress is a significant investment, but I felt no pressure during the process. Ed assisted me in selecting products that met my requirements and was able to answer all my questions.

We felt that the colleague that helped us decide was really knowledgeable and helpful and guided us to the right choice for us which was not dependent on the most expensive.
We have had the mattress for over a week now and we have been sleeping a lot better since we had our new mattress.

Excellent service from purchase to delivery. We purchased a new mattress from Dreams. The sales person was so helpful and patient with me. I must’ve tried every mattress and pillow combination lol. We bought 2 lovely pillows and an amazing mattress. The delivery was on time and the guys again were lovely. Will definitely buy from dreams again.

Shop service was very friendly and not pushy Great selection of mattresses and we enjoyed shopping there.
Delivery was not so friendly with two guys who were in a rush and not interested in being careful or taking time.

The driver only had a one hour window - took the base and head but didn't have time for the base to be carried down stairs

Had to pay £130 for a handyman to complete job when I had paid Dreams to action this

Driver said he would ask Dreams to compensate me but no response or action taken

The Sales Assistant Danny was very good in helping me to choose the correct mattress and at the right price. I am very happy with this purchase.

What a lovely bed! So comfy and the team of men who came to build it for us were fantastic and so professional. We have loved our experience from John in the Dreams store in New Malden who talked us through all the ottoman range of beds and answered all our questions, to the great communication, delivery and set up! Bought a high quality mattress, big difference as our previous one was very old.

We are very happy with the bed but still not received the free pillows that we were promised .phoned the shop but still haven't got them .

We bought our bed frame and mattress from Dreams 10+ years ago and to this day, the mattress is as good as new. So decided to treat our son to a new double bed frame and mattress. Spared no expense.

We ordered it from New Malden showroom and got it delivered in less than a month. Great communication from delivery guys as well. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Great service in store, really helpful helping us choose the right option. Delivery was cordial and we were kept informed about our slot beforehand and on the day. Delivery driver admitted to potentially having bent the mattress frame trying to squeeze it up the stairs (I absolutely can understand how it may have happened) which turned out to be correct (frame was bent) but Dreams were excellent about sending a zip & link replacement without too much fuss and didn't charge us the few hundred pound difference which I thought was generous. The whole service would have been 5 stars but getting through to customer service was nearly a 30 minute wait which is a pain and that's the only thing that have let them down. Other than that, exceptional service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Shop staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was exemplary, team took off their shoes on entry, very polite and helpful with placing the bed and mattress in the correct position. Was kept informed throughout about delivery timing which was perfect. And the new bed and mattress exactly suits my needs and is very good quality, sleeping like a baby! Thanks Dreams.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dreams Company. I expected professionalism and decent customer service, but instead, it was a complete letdown. The company is extremely irresponsible, and the level of customer service they provide is terrible.
