Visited your Orpington Store this…
Visited your Orpington Store this afternoon to look for a mattress.Both myself and my husband walked the full length of the store looking at the mattresses and we walked back to the front of the store.No member of staff even acknowledged us,disgraceful service. I think customer service training needed here.Previously a Dreams customer never again if this is the service you offer.Very disappointed customer.Bought from Bensons next door instead,excellent service there.

Excellent experience in purchasing a mattress
The sales person at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable and that helped us to choose the right mattress. The quality of the mattress is excellent.

Poor Bed Manufacture
The bed drawer was rubbish and fell apart on first use. My review to Dreams was ignored and I had no response. Equally rubbish.

Refused to give refund
Refused to give refund. We ordered a mattress on the 5th September. We cancelled the order on the 12th. They refuse to refund us our money and continue to send emails and text messages telling us of the delivery date and how the mattress will be delivered to us regardless. Absolutely ridiculous. Employees also manipulated the receipt. We bought a bed mattress protector, which they wrote down as us buying insurance (probably to get a higher commission). Disgusting behaviour from staff when we tried to address this, patronising and argumentative.
