Great service and knowledgeable team member

From the saler at the shop to the deliver of my items. All went wonderfully well. I definitely recommand. Nothing more to say as I am very positively speechless 💖. Thank you so much to all the staff who assisted me in this journey.

A large matress removed and one installed by two very intelligent, thoughtful young men They were efficient and respectful and professional-a surprisingly easy, enjoyable experience!

Although the point of sale was good, and the delivery date was spot on, the final delivery itself was a disappointment.

From first visit to the Oxford showroom to delivery, everyone gave excellent and exceptionally pleasant service, especially the two people who brought the beds, built them, and took away our old bed.

From start to finish the experience was faultless. From the moment me and my wife walked in. We didn’t feel pushed or pressured in anyway shape or form. I forget the name of the salesperson that dealt with us but he has been with the company years, a black man with a really unusual name, he was absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful and knew what we wanted. He made us feel welcome and at ease. He got us to try the bed matching machine they have in store, and it gave us a number of options. We just could not decide between a final 2. We asked for his advise and he didn’t point us in the direction of the more expensive one and gave us his advice and opinions as to why. So far our mattress has been excellent. Normally on most king size mattresses we’ve ever brought (and we’ve had a fair few) we always seem to get quite a large bulge right in the middle of it when it has settled. We are now just about 2 & 1/2 months in and we have not even the slightest bump in the middle. Excellent quality materials used. Our back aches are better an we are sleeping soundly, also it seems to be much easier to rotate as our other one was HUGE and super heavy. The one gripe I did have (not enough to complete direct to Dreams but did slightly annoy me was the delivery drivers on delivery day. We have quite a tight access to hallway with our stairs and then access to our living room off to the right. Well the delivery men seemed extremely rude, basically no care with the mattress. Basically chucked it in our hallway, dragged out our old one, and left. No we didn’t lay for it to be taken to our room so no complaints their. However I would expect that they take care of someone’s new product that they have spent a fair chunk of money on. Not just basically smash it in. My gripe isn’t where they took the new mattress to as they did what I paid for in that department, however professionalism and manners were at gutter level.

I was introduced to the sleep match by the sales advisor who was very helpful. I tried 3 different mattresses before finding the most comfortable. Having chosen the base & headboard delivery was arranged. Since the bed was assembled I have had many a great night's sleep & awoken fully refreshed.

Really excellent service from start to finish. The service in store was superb — they helped us to choose the perfect mattress and gave us all the time we needed. Delivery on the day was efficient, quick and professional. And the mattress is wonderful! We genuinely could not have asked for more.

Excellent Customer Service from this company from the time of placing my order to delivery of same. Tracking was also first class with emails and phone calls informing me of delivery date and time slot of same. Phone call on morning of delivery itself letting me know when to expect delivery within the 2 hour time slot already given which was excellent communication..Highly recommend this company..
