Experience in store was great and the delivery guys did a great job.. all in all excellent work!

Good customer service,got a new mattress reasonably priced, also paid for Saturday delivery,room of choice and disposal of my old mattress.i was served by a lovely sales assistant called Martin.

From beginning to end, fantastic service. Real attention at the store in Portslade- what a great team!
And on the day- really efficient and kept me informed. And the bed is soooo comfortable.

Having need to buy a new bedframe, I ordered a new one and delivery was arranged.

The crew who arrived on the day if the delivery were polite and completed the required actions very quickly. They removed all the packaging for the new bedframe and helped put the mattress in place.

The experience what I had with the staff in shop was amazing,Guy was extremely helpful and he found the best choice for me and my partener . Thanks to Guy we found our incredible bed,"our dream bed" with the most comfortable mattress and 2 bed sides cabinets that are matching perfectly with the bed. Thank you so much Guy,now I can not wait for all our items to be delivered and have a great and relaxing sleep. Thanks Dreams for having such an helpful and wonderful people and amazing products!

The bed is good, however, the behaviour of the delivery crew was unhelpful and rude.

Quick expert service. The selection and ordering process was made easy by Steve at Portslade and our old mattress was taken out in seconds and the new one swiftly put upstairs.
Sleep quality now much better and an annoying ache in my hip is rapidly disappearing.

Matress testing machine instore is very useful. Excellent customer service in store. Delivery was done on time and well.

The staff gave me a warm welcoming. They very knowledgeable and friendly. There is a machine that is finding the right mattress for you. I had plenty of time to choose the bed frame and mattress.

Excellent advice when purchasing and not rushed or pressured into buying. Delivery was on time and no problem even though the very heavy bed had to be delivered to the second floor. I was shown how to operate the electric bed and all packaging taken away. I’m happy

My new bed is great, very comfortable and just the right height for me to get on and off. The men that put my bed together were great, respectful of my home explained how the bed worked and what to do to hold the bed up.
