Staff were friendly and efficient. Not too pushy. The mattress I chose is very comfortable and I sleep well on it. I am not at all keen on the waterproof mattress cover though as it makes you sweat so much! Delivery was less than a week to wait. A good service all round.

My 85 year old disabled Mother purchased a sleep motion bed to replace a recent bed from them. When it arrived the driver assembled it to what they said were the lowest legs (which were too high). Refused to come back! I contacted the store who were most unhelpful! Rubbish service! Customer Services even worse! Refused to call back! Will not recommend Dreams again.

Long story short we had two mattresses (one replaced the other) which both had faults. I have friends who have the same mattress so it was bad luck for us. Dreams have been absolutely brilliant throughout, their customer service is simply outstanding. Thank you for resolving our problems so quickly and efficiently.

From the showroom to the bedroom everything went very well with our purchase and we are very pleased with our new bed.

The young man, Ben, was very professional and knowledgeable. We knew nothing about buying a mattress and he gave great advice. The technology that works out what mattress is best for you is excellent. There was a good choice available and Ben gave us a competitive price. Delivery is fast. Overall experience was great.

Used the chat function on the site and communicated with a real person who offered to do a video call. So I could see the product. And friendly service in the store too!

The reason we have given 5 stars is because the assistant GUY made the experience very pleasurable. Firstly he did not pressure us with sales chat he just reacted to our questions. We asked about the computer bed which we found very helpful and in fact selected the same make of bed which we were replacing which was what we wanted. In our opinion Guy is a credit to your Company

We have Dreams much closer to our home than the one in Portslade, however my wife was adamant to go to this store as she said she bought 2 beds in the past with a guy called Steve. She arrived super happy telling Steve how happy she was returning to be served by him again as he was great the previous years. How wrong we were. He was sharp, arrogant, rude to say the least and we pretended to go along as we were there already. We are more than happy to explain the details to anyone from Back Office, but it was a very unpleasant and different experience from the previous purchases we had. I hope he can see this review and do better and feel proud when someone say they travel only to see him for the same experience as in the past. I would be delighted to serve such customers and not be so dismissive and patronising as he was. In the end he gave us bottle of water and said.
"You will receive an email for a review, remember you travel only to see me and I also gave you a bottle of water." We left in total disbelief that he was so rude. PS. Review is purely based on terrible customer service received. The bed and delivery was amazing and on time. (The bed we found ourselves may I add, as he was more than happy to be miserable and showed zero interest to help us)

Guy showed good knowledge ... very happy to help but left us alone when we wanted to make our choice from those on offer.

Was great to go into a store and be able to have a look round without someone breathing down your neck. We knew what we were looking for, checked it out and went to the sales desk to order. Friendly helpful assistant, made the process easy. Gave us a pack of free pillows with our bed order. And a bottle of water each while order processed, nice touch. Well done Portslade. We will recommend you as a store.
