I went back to Dreams to purchase a new mattress as my past experience with the company has been excellent.
I wasn't wrong. I'm extremely pleased with the purchase which arrived as promised. Delivered by two very pleasant & careful men who then took away my old mattress.
I'd definitely use the company in the future.

Visited Dreams in Potters Bar today to purchase long overdue new bed and had the best experience. My assistant was the lovely Sid and he was just fantastic. Firstly there was the 'diagnostic bed' which monitors sleeping position and gives a print out of the best mattresses for me. Rather than trying out any bed I had a shortlist and Sid was very patient in taking me round them and explaining each one. After a relaxing time (no hurrying ) I made my selection. No hard sell it was my choice and I am very happy. Cant wait for delivery. I could write a lote more as it was a delight to buy my bed. It's good to know that there is still such good customer service out there. I was actually going to go further afield to a department store but so glad I didn't. Thank you Sid for making my experience a pleasure

Cuong did an excellent job explaining our choices to us and helping us select our new bed. He walked us through the selection of the mattress type that would work best for us and selecting a divan. All in all, an excellent experience. Would definitely return to this location to make another purchase in the future!

I successfully purchased a very good mattress from this store many years before. The store assistant Joe on this occasion was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, helping me narrow down to an excellent choice of mattresses I found the most comfortable. . While a tad more expensive than I expected, I believe I have come away with the ideal mattress for my needs. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband we have some back pain him hernia and me more problem, so after few times when we was ordered mattress online, and still very disappointed we diced to walking in a Dream store, where we was very surprise in a good way about everything. Our rececevi from Celestine it was honestly so professional and with the big smile. Her and the manager of the store there was so lovely,professionally, kind and helpful. We was going to bring the mattress and at the end we bought even the frame bed and a duvet🤣🤣but happy to do it. Great job for the team and for the shop.

Don't dither when it comes to buying a bed or mattress, the only place to visit is Dreams.
You spend half your life sleeping, so make sure you find comfort and reliability.
I found the experience swift and very professional and made up my mind with the help of the salesperson.
30 minutes maximum time in the store, mattress ordered, paid for and free delivery 1 week later.
I paid £50 for removal of old mattress, all we had to do was wrap it in the green plastic sheet provided.
2 very nice men delivered and took the old one away.
The only way to buy a bed or mattress - 5 stars.

Excellent service once again from the Dreams store in Potters Bar. Staff are really friendly and really know their product, they go out of their way to make it a great shopping experience. Have gone there for 15 years and never been disappointed.
