Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and followed COVID rules. A good range of products to choose from and they provided helpful advice to ensure we found the right mattress, divan and pillows. Would definitely recommend the Potters Bar store.

Visited dreams in Potters Bar with my husband and was assisted by Charline. She made our day with her smile and selflessness. She was very patient and ensured we got what we wanted based on our budget. Great communication and customer service skills. We will definitely recommend dreams to any one based on the encounter we had with your staff Charlene. She is a star.

This large store has very welcoming, knowledgeable staff, no hard sales, but you get very helpful advice, lots of time to try products and a great choice. All done in a Covid-safe manner, nothing was too much trouble. A great experience, well done Cameron and Co. Our third visit and third purchase.

We visited the Dreams branch at potters Bar.
Our experience was great right from the start to when we were walking out of the store after be served by very professional and friendly staff. We were taken though each stage of buying our new bed at our pace until we were sure that we had the right product.

Fantastic service in Dreams and ended up buying a different mattress to what we we originally intended but it was much more comfortable.

Great service and staff at Potters Bar Dreams store. On entering the store, I was greeted by Shelley as I was scanning the NHS QR code and using the hand-sanitiser provided. Once I had finished, Shelley asked if I needed any assistance and offered me a bottle of water, which I declined as I had my own. I had various criteria already and asked for her help in narrowing down my search. She suggested trying the Sleepmatch, to help me further with my choice. I did the Sleepmatch and along with my own existing list of likes and dislikes and Shelly provided me with a pillow and covering so I could test my shortlist of 7 matresses. My final choice was one that Shelley suggested and not a Sleepmatch one!
The store was very clean and tidy, and there were obvious Covid safety practices in place, which the staff and customers were observing. I felt safe. Shelley was friendly, down to earth and professional. She did not rush me and had good product knowledge. I got my new mattress that same week and it is a delight.

Professional, knowledgeable and patient service from the manager of the Potters Bar branch, Cameron, made a chore under extremely difficult personal circumstances extremely easy. (He even personally delivered the bag for the old mattress when it was clear that this would not arrive in time.) Safety precautions are excellent, and the exchange within 40 days, as well as the eight year guarantee at a very reasonable cost are an added bonus. Recommended! Tony

Shocking service overcharged at the time of purchase as you would see in my previous review items were delivered five days early mattress damaged in the van covered in grease and black marks, bedframe scratched the velvet, screws do not fit in the foot end now have to take another day off work and lose a lot more wages to have the bed taken apart and exchanged for a new one and the mattress too. cannot offer a full bed replacement until June which is too far away so can only replace the foot end and side panel absolutely disgusting customer services delivery driver says he rang customer services and didn’t get through I rang got through first time! No apology no compensation no refund offered disgusting the amount of money I spent with this company on a bed and mattress shocked and the worst thing the mattress that arrived is a totally different design to what I laid on in store and chose to purchase it had a pillow top this one doesn’t within two weeks they have change the design. One driver did not wear any shoe covers the boxes had scraped my walls which I now need to repaint disgusting!!! If I wasn’t so desperate for a bed I would tell them to collect it and give me all my money back.......

UPDATE Received a call from dreams offering a partial refund and hopefully when the new items arrive on Thursday there will be no further problems

Potters Bar store staff provided an excellent, professional and knowledgable service, they are friendly, non pushy and helpful. I found the combination of bed and bed frame I was looking for.

Absolutely appalling level of customer service, passed from pillar to post as no-one seems to know what they are doing and no one contacts you back. Placed our order over 3 months ago, paid over £2200 but still nothing. Spoke to numerous telephone advisors, the last who laughed at my issue and because of their advice I still do not have a delivery date on the horizon and they didn't care. Avoid at all costs.
