Mark at the Dreams Rugby store was great. He gave us plenty of space whilst looking around the store. He also managed to get us a mattress cover and extended warranty free of charge.

Service in the store was excellent
Service in the store was excellent. We were told when ordering it would be delivered in a month's time. Delivered on time and assembled in the room of our choice. All packaging taken away and all left clean and tidy and ready for a good night's sleep

A dream from start to finish
From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Who knew that you could have a computer bed to find your dream mattress. Skye was brilliant and there was no hard sell to push you to buying which is so much more pleasant. As it turned out we bought two mattresses and had a brilliant deal. Finally no more jarred joints or back pain but complete comfort.

The gentleman who served us was…helpful
The gentleman who served us was friendly but not in our faces. He suggested which mattresses I try. He answered questions but was not pushy. When I decided on a mattress he was quick and helpful with the paperwork. I love my new mattress.

Furthermore the 10% discount is not specific to the Beatrice mattress but is a special 'flash discount' on any orders over a certain amount.
