Treated myself to a new bed recently from Dreams and decided to go for the Tempur mattress too

The guys turned up on time, took the old mattress away for me and took the packaging as well

Helpfull staff , no presure sell.
Maybe installing mattress in room as part of service free of charge would be a nice touch

Helpful, well informed staff. Not too pushy.
We tested out the mattresses in the showroom and were pleased that having experienced them before lying on the test bed which measures you, we and the test agreed.
Our twin mattresses arrived on the day and at the time given by a considerate team. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and so much easier to turn than a kingsize. Although they are not zipped together we haven't found that we get a gap between them.
An all round good purchase and a more comfortable night's sleep.

We felt like we were listened to. Scott went above and beyond showing us what mattresses were a good fit, and explaining in detail about the few bed frames we had chosen. Everything was plain sailing. We are so happy with the bed frame and mattress we have ordered

Fantastic service, delivery on time, delivery driver let us know he was 20mins away.
Bed was easy to assemble, although I would recommend 2 people for the job.
Once up, has loads of storage space.
Mattress was picked out for us using the dreams mattress machine in store. Couldn’t have picked a better mattress for me! No more bad backs since we have had it! Perfect!

The shrewsbury staff were excellent,let us roam around by ourselves and when we needed someone they were there and gave good advice without being to overbearing.

Greeted by friendly staff. Needs were identified and we were guided to mattresses that were recommended by the Sleepmatch device. No pressure to purchase, knowledgeable staff and slick service. Selected our mattress (inc 2 free swanky pillows) and opted to pay via deposit and interest free credit. Well done Dreams

Bought a ottoman bed for my grandson in 2021 and paid for bed cover mattress £45, don't bother taking out the cover has they don't honour what they say. We were told instore that any problems with the mattress losing shape or getting stained it would be covered and replaced. We have been in touch with the store they said there was nothing they could do and we needed to contact customer services which we did. I was told that we would need to produce photograhic evidence and contact a outside insurance company to arrange a inspection. My grandson toke a day off work when the inspecter arriveed it was a complete waste of time. Straight away the inspecter spoke of reasons why there would be no replacement mattress, you have to turn the mattress regularly, you should not sit on the bed, you should bed able to get on the bed from both sides any marks on the mattress were not covered at this point it was obvious they were not going to honour any claim.
the setup of the bed in the bedroom was you could only get on it from oneside due to the size of the bedroom. Do not bother buying from this company their policy's are very misleading, they take money off you for extended warranty that is done with a outside company and it is a complete waste of money they are a bunch of cowboys.

Very comfortable bed, delivered within in 5 days of being ordered well in time for Christmas. The bed base which we bought from Dreams was delivered on the day promised at the time selected and assembled by the men in less than half an hour. Very polite and professional, would definitely recommend to others.

Dreams have been great selling me an ex display mattress. The team at Shrewsbury were extremely accommodating thinking outside the box when given a budget. They kept me up to date with delivery and managed to bring it forward 2 weeks. Would definitely use them again.
