Great Customer Service All Around…
The two people we spoke to in-store were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly as their systems were down at the time, they still managed to get our order and finance processed.
The delivery people were also amazing. Despite our room not quite being ready yet so the bed couldn't be put together. They showed us how it would all go together and saved us the fee.

Delivered on due date. Delivery guys were great, the only deliveries I’ve ever known to take shoes off at the door. Bed is lovely, great price. Very happy customer.

Overall very pleased with mattress took a few days to get used to it as softer than previous one but of course when trying in shop it’s a different base to your own one ,I’m getting up with no aches and pains ,but it is early days so watch this space.

Lovely assistant in store, helped me find the right mattress for a great price. Replacing old one bought from Dreams 10 years ago. Delivered the following week on time, took mine away for recycling. Super easy! Recommend highly
