Delivery guys didn't even try getting up the stairs & said it wouldn't go up & they didn't take old one away & when I spoke to customer service you wouldn't be coming back to collect it
I got neighbours to help get née mattress up it was literally no effort at all

Very knowledgeable staff understood our requirement and led us to the suitable options which we tried and allowed us to quickly choose, saving us a lot of time.

We visited the Stafford store at the weekend and had a very warm welcome from Emma who got us straight on the bedmatch machine to tell us what mattress was best for us along with showing us all the bedframed we had seen online beforehand. Excellent service start to finish and only 10 days to wait for delivery of our brand new bed and Tempur mattress! We got to take home our 2 FREE Tempur pillows from the store too which we used for the first time last night and what a difference! We're so excited for the mattress to arrive now too!

We have bought mattresses around this time of year a few times. The discounts, zero percent finance and the quality of the products is excellent. We always go to Susan at the store because she is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks again for a brilliant service.

Brought the dreams Paddington mattress, just over a year old and out of warranty and all the sides have collapsed requiring me to buy a new mattress as this is now all misshapen, dreams are not interested in helping sort the issue would rather sell me another, do not buy!!!

This is the second time we have used Dreams in Stafford and purchased Tempur products.

Brilliant service, great products and fair price

A professional and friendly experience that left me very excited for my upcoming delivery.

Brilliant experience at Dreams. Looked around our local store to decide what style of bed we wanted before purchasing. Staff friendly and gave advice. Selected style of frame and then ordered. Delivery as scheduled with 2 hour slot. Drivers pleasant and efficient. Excellent experience

Paul & his team were amazing & totally looked after me, both financially & emotionally!
I needed to buy 3 of everything & felt very overwhelmed with where to begin.
A complimentary cup of coffee later, a friendly ear & some knowledgeable info, Paul helped me choose the right beds for our needs.
I later went back to the store for my son & daughter to choose a bed frame, of which Sally & Susan helped this time.
Upon delivery on my chosen date, Daniel (the delivery man) & his helper had to carry 3 double/king size mattresses & a bed up to the 3rd floor, which was no easy task for them in a heatwave! Daniel couldn’t of been any more helpful & didn’t complain once with regards to the 3rd floor bedrooms………they did amazing.
I have bought from Dreams before, & would highly recommend this store (Stafford) to anybody.
They have a large selection on display & the store will look appeasing once the refurb takes place shortly.

I thought h the while process was exceptionally good considering I had so many set backs and had to delay delivery on three occasions and not a complaint from Dreams in fact they could have not been more helpful and went out of their way even to the point of changing the size of the mattress at the very last minute - thank you

On our visit to the Stafford Branch we were pleasantly met by Emma one of the salespeople. We explained we were just having a nose. No real intention of spending. Came out an hour later having spent a fortune, but with no regrets. We experienced the best customer service. Emma was magnificent, she was polite, friendly, full of charisma and managed exceptionally well at answering all our awkward questions. Worth her weight in gold 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
