Do not buy an electric bed from Dreams because as soon as something goes wrong they are not interested.
My bed has been replaced thanks to a few people who went above and beyond. 26/03/2026.

I recently bought 2 beds from dreams in Stafford. Wow! Fantastic experience start to finish 👏 I bought an ex display matress. What a bargain! The delivery and fitting crew were extremely efficient and polite. I very happy 😊

We were assisted with the ordering of a replacement mattress by your assistant “Mina”, who gave us her undivided help. She enabled us to resolve the mattress’s which would meet our requirements and showed us examples of these. We don’t very often buy a new mattress so we were a bit green on the process however Mina was able to guide us through the process and give us the benefit of her experience which completely resolved our queries.
She also helped us with the purchase of the new mattress and with its delivery , all of which enabled us to fulfil our requirements. At all times her customer service was excellent and quite outstanding when compared standards common in today’s world.
Delivery was quite smooth and my only problem was fitting the mattress cover which tested my initiative somewhat!
Thanks for your overall level of service and help which exceeded our expectations.
PS.
We never give five stars, because there is always room for improvement however good the service.
