Fantastic service and quality mattress from Dreams
After a terrible experience with a supposed hotel chain mattress which had to be sent back immediately, we were left with no mattress and popped into dreams in Stevenage to see what our options were. We were served by Roy who was fantastic, so professional, knowledgeable and patient while we found just the right mattress. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into a sale at any point and got a fantastic bargain in the black Friday sale. Everything was seamless from the minute we walked through the doors and were greeted by the friendly team to the delivery team carefully delivering the new mattress right to our bed base. Also shout out to them it is a heavy mattress and they were very efficient polite and wore shoe covers without prompting. We are over the moon with our new mattress. We just have one complaint.... we never want to get out of bed anymore!!!!

Great service from start to finish. The staff in in the show room were brilliant, really helpful and answered all our questions. The delivery guys were great, kept us informed on the delivery time and respected our home while here. The mattress is so comfy. Would recommend Dreams.

Absolutely great assistant in store and delivery guys! Rob, Nigel and Mandy were polite, helpful happy and knowledgeable! The bed has been fabulous, best 14 nights of sleep in a while especially for me as I have a chronic spine condition, wonderful bed!!

Comfort exchange
The comfirt exchange was not made clear at point of sale. The word refund did not mean we would get our excess money back it meant we would receive vouchers. Which I would add are pointless as you expect to purchase a mattress every 10 or more years!!

Perfection
The in store team were very professional and offered the perfect balance of being attentive without being pushy. They quickly provided us with all the information we needed and processed our order efficiently without fuss. The order was delivered efficiently on the given date with the delivery guys being very informative with arrival time updates and speedy installation of the new mattress and removal of the old one. They methodically went through all the product information and even wore shoe covers to protect our carpets. I cannot fault the Dreams experience. It was perfect.

Excellent service from start to finish
I had a mattress delivered from Dreams and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish everything was handled in such a professional and friendly way. I received a call by 10am letting me know when to expect the delivery, which was really reassuring.
Connor and Billy, the delivery team, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They carefully walked the route through my home to ensure no damage would occur, and even wore overshoes to protect my carpets — a small detail that really showed the level of care they put into their work.
The mattress was delivered efficiently and the whole process was completely stress-free. On top of that, Roy in sales made the purchasing process just as straightforward and helpful, guiding me through everything with great advice.
A huge thank you to Connor, Billy, and Roy for the excellent service throughout — you’re a real credit to Dreams. 👏
