Great experience from start to finish. Excellent staff in shop and delivery also mattress assessment has made for great transition into new bed. Comfortable from first night.

This is the first time I’ve shopped in…
This is the first time I’ve shopped in Dreams,as I don’t buy a bed every week like I do grocery shopping,but I’m an elderly lady,and from entering the store till leaving I was treated with respect and explained which bed would be suitable for my needs.
I would definitely recommend Dreams as even the delivery guys were excellent and so courteous in my home,in fact all the years I’ve bought furniture,I can honestly say these lads were the best ones I’ve had delivering my furniture.

Fantastic!
Went to the Teesside branch and was served by Mark. Honestly the whole experience was great and the service we received was what we could only hope for! Mark was attentive, pointed out bed frames and mattresses that matched our wants and needs, gave us space to try out beds but was nearby if any questions came up. He made the ordering process straightforward and we felt in good hands throughout. We’d been to other bed shops and had mixed experiences which put us off even reserving or taking quotes.

Everything went as smooth as could be
Everything went as smooth as could be. The choosing of the bed and mattress was straight forward and we were able to take advantage of the 0% price deal. Didn't find staff to be over pushy and they were most helpful. Had the bed for two weeks now and I'm enjoying comfortable, restful nights' sleep again. Happy with my purchase.
