Philipa was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the goods she is selling and offering a friendly service. Arun also was helpful when collecting my ottoman. Really pleased with all the purchased made as recommended by Philipa and the delivery men were also excellent. Aaron from the Taunton store was super helpful from when we walked in. We used the sleep match machine to help determine what mattresses to look at. Aaron offered us drinks and took around various mattresses and gave in-depth explanations for each one. Aaron gave us plenty of time to explore all the mattresses to narrow it down and didn't pressure us at all (good quality to have). After finally whittling down to mattress we wanted Aaron took us through all the paperwork seamlessly and clearly. Thoroughly recommend Aaron in the Taunton Store.....just be sure not to fall asleep on the mattress though as there is a 3hr limit on the carpark.

arrived on date arranged polite men carried it upstairs and set it up sadly our headboard will not fit this base which we thought it would hopefully we can get it sorted so it will chaps delivering very apologetic about this.

Managed to get an excellent deal on a mattress. Very helpful sales person (Aaron) and excellent delivery service.

Can’t praise this Company enough all Staff members especially Pip spent so much time with my disabled Mother to make sure all her needs were met. We did not at any time feel we were a nuisance.

Very helpful staff, helped us find a mattress which was very comfortable (albeit more expensive than I was planning).

I do wish they had warned me the mattress would be much firmer than the one we tried in store though, until it's broken in. I had a shock when it arrived, I thought they'd sent me the wrong one!

We shopped at the Taunton store.
Initially we asked for some space to explore on our own.
Later, at the right time, Aaron came over to initially answer some questions and then advise us.
He also encouraged us to try the Sleepmatch Studio which helped us narrow down to a potential 4-5 mattresses.
I also like that he made no assumptions about our finances and let us try everything.
It was a seamless experience and I would gladly recommend to others in the area.
