Found the right mattress!
After buying a Tempur mattress, which I really didn’t get on with I finally found the right one!
The Therapur medium is so much better. With its cooling gel topper I get a much better nights sleep.
The team at Dreams were very helpful and no ‘pushy’ sales! They were very patient as I tried almost every mattress in the shop!
The mattress arrived on time and the delivery team are so helpful and polite.
The only criticism I have is with Dreams customer service. It takes forever to get through on the phone. Hence the 4*.

Shouldn’t of put off getting the new bed.
Been putting off getting a new bed for sometime as didn’t know how i would get the right one. Once in Dreams the shop assistant was extremely helpful and talked us through the machine, that you lie on, and it determines what bed suits you best and the rest was easy.

The service received when visiting the…
The service received when visiting the shop to buy our bed was excellent. We had no idea what we wanted and we were given the help we needed to choose the bed we needed, as we considered all the different products available. Now we have our bed and we are enjoying great nights sleep on our new Dreams bed.

So pleased with my new mattress!
So pleased with my new mattress I wish I’d done it years ago! I have a bad back and this memory topper mattress has really helped.
The buying experience was impressive and Prakesh in the Walton shop was very thorough and friendly, he talked us through the options so we made the right choice. The delivery was smooth and seamless and the mattress is great!

Good quality firm mattress delivered hassle free and old one recycled. May take time to get used to firmer mattress ? Hopefully will be more comfortable with time.
