I bought two mattresses from Dreams and I had a good experience with the services. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient to explain the differences between brands and models. The products were delivered on time and the staff was friendly. I recommend to buy from Dreams.

From the start the salesman was not using “hard sell” tactics but was ready with information when requested and knew the various options well. From there we were kept informed of progress. Delivery men were excellent also knowing their product.

Staff were incredibly helpful. A very lovely lady took us around all the options for the kind of mattress we wanted, and was incredibly patient with our antics and general indecision. When a decision was finally made a few days later, she took us through the purchase process and made sure to clearly explain everything and answered all our questions. The mattress was delivered on our chosen date over a month later with no issues. Excellent communication and service. Very happy with out mattress! Thank you!

Staff were very helpful. I found the in store mattress finder technology very useful and we ended up purchasing one of the mattresses recommend during the process. We also purchased one of the bed frames. Very happy with our in-store experience.

I had a great experience in store with Christopher talking me through the different mattress options to suit my sleep style and my budget. Delivery was quick and they even helped me get the mattress onto the bed frame. Overall I was very impressed!

Two man delivery team, both as good as each other so neither was exceptionally good compared to the other, as foreseen in the follow up questions. The questionaire asked of the confirmatory phone call had been received by 10.00 on the day. Documentation received in advance had different deadlines for this call; one said by 10.00 and another by 10.30. Was the 10.10 late or in time?190A0

My trip to Dreams was fantastic. Staff were friendly and I found exactly what I was looking for and have left with a great mattress and bed frame which will be arriving in under 3 weeks.

We visited the store in Walton on Thames. We were happily greeted and further assisted by Prakash, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The store uses a computer system to identify which mattress is best suited to your body, and from there you need to rely on the knowledge and experience of the staff to ensure that you leave the store with the perfect match. Had I not visited Dreams, and dealt with Prakash, I fear that I would have made the complete incorrect purchase. A bed is so important, and taking the time to visit a professional to assist with this cannot be overstated. I'm just glad I discovered this before purchasing something inadequate online. I genuinely recommend Dreams (and if in the area, Walton on Thames), (and if available, Prakash). Thank you, Sir.
