Dreams Watford are fantastic.
My sales man and the delivery people were amazing. It was a tricky delivery but Mark did not give up when faced with our tight corners. I recommend Dreams 100%.

Knowledgeable staff and good quality products
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t follow me around the second I walked in, l but made themselves available to answer any questions. I was happy with the sales process throughout, and the delivery, installation, and removal of old mattress and bed was easy, and I’m really happy with my new bed and mattress; the quality exceeds my expectations.

Dreams - mixed experience
The service from the people at Watford Dreams really was great, however the 'back end' of the business is pretty lacking - difficult to book and change your delivery, and when the mattress has turned up it smells pretty barnyard-y, despite following the 'airing' instructions!

Really pleased
Helpful, Polite and pleasant staff. We used the measuring machine and the staff gave us time to try the mattresses out. Easy to order and delivery date was only one week. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained the pros/cons of the mattress. We were offered coffee. The transaction went smoothly. It felt like a very personal service. Thank you

Replacement Firm Mattress
Knowledge of the colleague who served us, we were not pressurised to make a purchase at any point, everything happened as promised and the delivery of the new mattress along with the collection of old one went extremely smoothly. The bought the mattress for our son and he is extremely pleased with its firmness and comfort. All in all, an excellent purchase - thank you.

A great experience.
The shopping experience was excellent and the member of staff was very knowledgeable. We were offered hot drinks which was lovely. The prices were as expected. The delivery took place as expected and was very smooth.

Great customer service and product…
Great customer service and product knowledge. Staff helped me choose a mattress suitable for my needs. In addition as it was a large purchase I added a mattress protector to order and was very satisfied with the level of service that I received with prompt and efficient delivery.

Delayed delivery dates but all sorted nicely
We order an expecsive bed and mattress and it took to some time to get delivered. They gave us a call and explained that the delays are due to the war situation blocking the ships. Due to multiple delays we were a bit annoyed so they compensated by adding some discounts. So it all ended well and we continue to be happy customers of Dreams.

Another great experience at Dreams
Another great experience at Dreams, Watford! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we found exactly what we were looking for, at the right price, and with a very quick delivery! It was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return there again. We will also be recommending Dreams to our family and friends.
