Dreams in Worcester were fantastic
Dreams in Worcester were fantastic.
Ciara was polite and friendly and she recommended using the sleep machine and made us feel at ease using it . We were guided to mattresses which matched our needs and we were really pleased to be able to try out different mattresses without feeling pushed or rushed into making any decisions.
We found a fantastic comfortable mattress and a lovely new bed frame in the sale so we were very happy with our visit to Dreams. Highly recommend the services they offer including assembly service and taking away your old bed.

Happy Customer
From the moment we entered the store to the wave goodbye as the old mattress was taken away the service we experienced could not have been better. We were given time by the store manager to select the mattress that suited us. We had regular updates on delivery times. On the day the driver called to confirm delivery and then rang again when 10 minutes away. The two delivery men were so professional and friendly. New mattress put on bed and old mattress taken away. The best customer service for a long time. Oh yes, the new mattress has improved our sleep.

What a wonderfully comfortable bed. Just love sleeping in my new bed. The mattress is really great, no problems with it. I really love the headboard it just finishes off the whole bed.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my new mattress. In the shop the salesperson was helpful but not overbearing choosing the new mattress.
Everything was explained clearly not just the delivery but the care and maintenance of the mattress.
I got plenty of reminder about the delivery, and my item arrived on time. It was a rainy day and I was worried about my stairs carpet, but the delivery men put on their shoe covers without asking. They also put the mattress on my bed, it would have been too heavy for me alone.
All in all a very good experience, and I would highly recommend Dreams to everyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at this store. Ciara went above and beyond to find us the right bed and mattress. Very patient. Listened to our requirements and gave us choices.
Extremely pleased with the whole experience. They even made us a cup of tea!

Dreams experience
iWeb’s into the Dreams Shop in Worcester, was treated royally. I explained what I wanted was given the “ bed test” and subsequently chose a mattress and bed base.
The delivery date was set, which I subsequently changed with no problem an all.
I have used the bed for about a week and am very happy with it.
