I used their experience but I am disappointed in the attitude and they emptied my wallet. My Vauxhall Astra is a waste of the junk they offer.

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I booked this experience for my son-in-law’s 40th birthday. The website does not make it explicitly clear that a lot of dates and venues one might wish to book are not available. Nor does it make it clear that spectators are not allowed. I was hoping for an enjoyable family day out, which is not possible.
Instead, my son-in-law has had to drive over 2 hours, on his own; there is a potential venue 20 minutes from us, but “not available” within the time scale of the voucher! Email confirmation of the date, time, venue has been confusing and the office staff have been entirely unhelpful in telephone communication.
I definitely would not recommend!

Although there are many beautiful and stunning places in the UK, l was born there.

Sadly the roads are becoming more dangerous due to the lack of road repairs, these can be holes which can be quite large and due rain, can be difficult to notice, especially at night when an accident could happen.

Be careful.

avoid at all cost. I booked an event for my old member of my family, who was a truck driver for all his life. The event was a truck driving experience. The person than could not make the experience travelling from abroad for different reason, I tried to change the date but there were asking a price 50% of the cost of the experience, then I was trying to cancel it, which will cost 60% of the cost of the experience itself. Eventually I gave up, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THOSE CRIMINALS

I was bought this experience as a 60th birthday experience. I now honestly wish I had never heard of this company. After trying for 6 months to book my sister in law eventually managed to contact them last December. I was then contacted by telephone during which a date for the 21st may was arranged, they instantly sent a confirmation email but due to the problems assured me that I would receive further contact closer to the date confining that the event was on also times and instructions, none of this ever happened. Today I received a email asking how I had enjoyed my experience. I was totally astounded and contacted Trackdays by phone their response was that the email in December was all I should have got so tough luck. Please save your money and don’t spoil someone’s special day by booking with them.

I purchased a junior driving experience as a Christmas gift.
Trying to book it was so painful,I spent over 2 hours in total trying to talk with someone as the website was a complete waste of time and not intuitive!
Many venues were not included in the junior experience and the same experience when I tried to book the cars.
Then the crunch, when I finally got a date and venue and cars and I went to book it I was informed I had to pay a further £25 extra as I booked it for a weekend. He is at school in the week and couldn’t get anything for the school holidays. Therefore there was no other option!
A complete poor experience from start to finish.
I would NOT recommend this company.

I cannot begin to explain how dreadful and unrepresentative of the marketing/advertising, this 'event' is - it was just terrible, beyond words.
Just where do I start...??
The event did not take place on a 'race track' (as advertised), neither did it look like any of the photos shown on their promotional material.
The 'track' (and I have to laugh at that description) was about a mile in length (at tops), it was made up of very poorly maintained asphalt, very limited in width and pitted with POTHOLES (yes POTHOLES!!!!!) and loads of them – just laughable!!!
There was no scope to over-take (as advertised), unless the car in front drove off the track and the longest stretch to 'put your foot to the floor' was about 3-400 yards long!!!! I drove faster (keeping to national speed limits) driving to the event!!!!!
The 'track' was also over-crowded and you were constantly slowing down with another car in front of you - it was truly shambolic!!!
The PSR 'Experience' seemed to be totally focussed on relieving you of your money. More laps, more cars, more photos, videos, have someone else drive you round... the list went on and on. The worst 'money grabbing' PSR experience, was the £25 collision damage waiver, that they tried again and again to almost scare you into buying. This waiver, covered the first £5000 of any car damage that you may cause. To be frank, if you couldn't drive one of these cars around the circuit (at the speed the track and traffic allowed) without having an accident, you shouldn't be allowed to drive on the national road network.
My 3 forgettable and totally dull laps lasted about 6 minutes (at tops). This £25 CDW (had I taken it – which I didn’t) therefore worked out at £250 an hour, equivalent to just over an annual equivalent of just over £2 million pounds!!!!
I have never, ever felt so disappointed/cheated by a single event and considered my time, effort and fuel to get to this dreadful experience totally wasted.
If you value your hard-earned cash (even using a cut-price Woucher or the likes) just avoid this joke event, you'll get a greater buzz taking a local bus ride!!!
One final point, the organisers (and I use the term loosely), insist that you bring along your driving licence as proof of identity and (I assume) to check that you are allowed to drive.
Did anyone ask to see my licence... no, they were just focussed on my credit card.
Avoid at all costs - you'll thank me for it!

Thiefs who steal your money stay well away unleaa u want your experience to be a bad one

I was bought this as a gift so it hasn’t cost me anything. That is where the good news ends unfortunately, the ‘drivers briefing’ is ridiculous and a pointless exercise. I went to que for my first car which was about 5 people before me that took an hour and 20 minutes as they only had 1 of those cars there today.
I had fun in that car so a little sprinkle of happiness there.
I then went to que for my second car which they had 3 of so I thought result quick que oh how wrong could I be didn’t move in 40 mins. In the end it got to 4pm and I was told probably not going to get in the car today. I mean really! Absolute joke traveller 1.5 hours to get there then only drove 1 car!
I would never recommend this to anyone!

I booked this experience for my husband.At the time i thought this would be a great gift and experience for him and it was a resonable price.When trying to book online i had constant problems so i gave up and phoned instead. Got through to someone just about to book do i want to take extras like waiver damage etc etc thought i didn't want to be whacked with a £5,000 bill so had to pay another £30.00.Although they are advertised for discount off your not actually getting any discount as when booking you have extras to pay for which unless you have five grand going spare its not optional. So i booked up then a week before my husband started suffering from anxiety.I rang up and asked if i could re arrange for a later date i was told i had to pay another thirty quid to change date. I had a think about it and thought i was not going to pay more money so i decided to sell it.I sold it and when ringing up to change the drivers name i was charged £15.00 to change the name on the booking.Never have i felt so robbed. I wanna say that when my husband does get this experience again i will not be using them.They should make it clear of all charges. Just because it says half price etc you actually have the extras charges to look forward to.

I was gifted driving lessons as a present and was very eager and excited to start this journey.

On Sunday the 15th of August 2021 I had met Jim for my first lesson, however Jims behaviour was very shocking and he showed a lot of attitude.

The incidents which took place, at first when I was in the driving seat Jim very aggressively kept grabbing the steering wheel which made me feel very unsafe.

I arrived on site for 2 pm and had my registration forms all cleared and was ready to start my day having fun.

I was down with the cars waiting for my name to be called for my first drive in 1 of 3 cars. The first car was a Ferrari California.

I opened the door of the car and started to sit down, I was about to close the door behind me however Jim ha now already started being aggressive towards be in a threatening matter. He said to me “ I didn’t tell you to close the door yet! You will follow my instructions” I thought I’d let this go over my head, he then instruct me to pull the key forward, which I did.

After more instructions from Jim , I was allowed to close the door , now because I know these cars are very expensive , I made sure I did things as if it was my own car. The key is forward, however I asked Jim “ do you wanted it all the way forward as if the car is to start ? “ because at this point the car was off. Albeit all of a sudden with such anger in his voice and face he said loudly “ right you will listen to me when I tell you what to do, you’re obviously not fuxking listening” when I asked Jim to repeat instructions due to not hearing very clearly.

I then said to Jim , “ you’ve got a lot of attitude today towards me , you need to calm down “ this lead to Jim asking me to leave the car in a very threatening manner. This made me feel bullied and intimidated, I felt very unsafe in the presence of Jim and was not sure what would happen next. He opened my door to what looked like to me was his wanting to pull me out. I started shaking as I could see the anger from his body language.

He then was told to move from the car , to which at this point I was able to feel safe leaving the car.

Following on from this incident I had contacted someone from manage , I can’t remember his name but he had a cap on with black hair. to obtain further details of the instructor to file a official complaint. When I asked for the name I was informed the instructors name is Olivia, however the member of staff giggled while saying this which firstly was wrong information and the call was conducted in a highly unprofessional manner.

A fantastic day out! All the staff and instructors were very helpful and friendly, especially Charles, great track. Would recommend.

Tried booking this experience for my boyfriend. Didn’t get the option to add on the wavier so had to pay extra unexpectedly as this was not advertised on the website. I then didn’t get any sort of confirmation for when I could have the experience booked for, even though I had paid extra for the “anytime” option. I eventually got an answer back which was a little more helpful. I then was emailed a couple days before going saying the car I had booked couldn’t be driven anymore. Overall very stressful experience booking this!

Loved !! My experience here ( Loughborough ) I drove the movie cars !! Already looking for Christmas ideas for my brother .. See you soon !

had a amazing day at mallory thanks guys i will be back

Wow what a day, just come back from Mallory park. I got to drive a mclaren 570s, Ariel atom, Audi R8. All of the staff were incredible and clearly enjoy what they do, slick operation and very well organised, hardly any waiting time between cars, I originally thought the instructors were going to try and hold me back but they don’t, never been so fast and loved every second of it. I will be booking this again soon and hoping to go to brands hatch with them next week to try a few more cars

I went to Dunsfold at the weekend to drive 4 cars with a hot lap. It was very wet, but I still can’t fault the day at all! I drove the 458 and what a car! Loved every minute, the organisation was top notch! I had a hot lap with Michael in the M3, what a buzz!

WOW what an awesome day! That was so amazing I drove the 458 at prestwold driving centre and the track was so good nearly as good as the car!! Such a good team of staff!
